You then point out the tiny condo s being built for the. That would seam counter intuitive to me unless that was balanced by a decent size percentage being for penthouses and other luxury condos.?

You are asking to generalize about Thai guys. Do they cheat, some do, just like some guys do in your country. Just looking for a better life, some do just like some guys do anywhere else. If you have doubts, that is something to consider.

Interesting thread. My take is I’m concerned about posting pics like this is it is impossible to know if the guy in the pic is the one running the profile. Scammers often find a pic and steal it. I’ve known someone who had his pic stolen and his reputation as a massage guy damaged.

All that can be true in a relationship back at home, to some degree there are always risks. But hopefully things work out.

I would like to add that I like discussions like this, I learn a lot and I think that they improve both mine, and the guys I meet, experiences. Also it is good to see others view points even if in the end I disagree.

It depends, one thing I like about H places is they are clear what top is expected, though you may go higher if you want, last trip a bit over half of my Bangkok massages were at Arena, expected tip if my memory serves 1000. Much of the reason for my frequency was I met a guy I very much liked. I also went to Prince one time where the guys are, to my taste hotter and prices higher. If I remember right 2000. To me the chemistry with the Arena guy along with the fact it was easy walking distance took the advantage.

There is a lot that goes into setting prices. Some bars have a minimum price the guys are supposed to charge. At Fresh boys I was told all guys charge the same. At other bars guys will charge more for things such as gym bodies, fair I think as I get to enjoy their hard work. There is also a limit how hard I’m willing to negotiate. I’m out to have fun and haggling for me isn’t fun. Also I generally feel they are earning the money. Even the gay ones would not be going with me if money wasn’t involved. Many times on the apps I could have gotten cheaper, but they weren’t really my type or interest.I was happy with the value on my last trip of the guys I went with and I think that is all that matters, even if I could have gotten cheaper by haggling harder.

Having stayed at both Tarntawan and Raya on my last trip, prices being equal I’d stay at Raya. It’s in better shape. But Tarntawan has a bit better location, Near Tawan and Soi 6 and less crossing the road.

Unless I am meeting someone I don’t keep to any schedule. If I’m hungry I eat. So it can be at any time, or skipped, I sometimes miss meals when I’m having fun.
