Judging by the photos on booking platforms, the cheaper rooms have no windows and a shower that makes the entire toilet soaking wet when used. I consider that to be a definite disadvantage.

The more expensive rooms look much better (large window, spacious bathroom with a separate shower, and even a bathtub). However, the price of that room is the same as what we find in many hotels in the area.

I am curious to hear your findings on whether there is indeed a good reason to book this hotel, besides the fact that it is new and shiny.

Bit noisy but definitely not disruptive noise. No issue for me neither for my companion.

That's the room I had, definitely no issues with flooded bathroom floor. Very spacious shower too.

I doubt  thay are readers here ( 2 twenty something Indian looking girls ) so you need to ask this question somewhere else.

On serious note there are only 2 rooms per floor separated by " staff only" space so there are really no same floor immediate neighbors
