Off to the Philippines

I will be off to the Philippines🇵🇭 for a week tomorrow before coming back to complete my holiday in Pattaya/ Bangkok and staying with PeterRS

My boyfriend plans to go visit his parents so I will be alone a few nights in Manila 

It's a bit scary actually 🫣😱

Maybe I will stay in a hotel instead of an Airbnb so I can feel safe

I'm starting to think that the Philippines ( Manila)  is cheaper than Thailand particularly Bangkok 

I was in a big bar playing with a live band tonight in Poblacion a suburb of Manila 

I got confused with the prices thinking that pesos are the same as Thai baht 

I paid 1299 pesos for this big tower of beer 🍺 🍺.

Which is around 650 Thai baht

I guess Cebu would be more expensive being a tourist city 

Manila takes sometime to get use to , it looks like Detroit in America

Real cute guys that are "escorts" will ask about the same as Thailand....freelancers less.

If you go to a go-go type bar in Manila, they're more like fichero bars in Mexico, the mostly straight guys will milk you to buy overpriced drinks all night long, your bill won't be correct because they'll put more drinks than you really had, promising to have sex with you when they're off work and most won't, because they are really straight...or will quote you some ridiculous price, maybe 10% will really go and be worth it.

I stick between freelance and reasonably prices escorts there... lot's of free guys, but too much drama of looking for love (green card/visa).

Having said that I have Airbnb vouchers so will probably stay in Makati

The difference I noticed in Filipino vs Thai people are ..Filipinos are loud ...rude .....they think nothing of playing their YouTube without earphones on planes ,🛩️✈️ restaurants etc so everyone else can hear it .

They love noise beep beep, 

 

They let their kids run around screaming noisily scream 📢🔊🔕👂even the women scream 

Annoying constantly saying SIR on a twangy American accent 

I find THAIS 🇹🇭 more "chilled" if that's the word 

Oh fuck it ...im going back to Thailand 🇹🇭
