This is the old disco Mandalay recently reopened as the bar "Sign In." Mandalay used to be mixed with a large gay clientele. They recently closed this disco and opened up as "Sign In Bar". The reports I have received say this dance bar is now almost entirely gay, but business is slow at the moment.
