This is an interesting question. Does a condo board have inherent authority to prohibit owners from renting out their units on Airbnb? I suspect that the bylaws would have to be amended to grant the board that power. This question is bound to end up before a court, if it hasn't already.

Jose, the owner, doesn't shoot Mexican men in general. Rarely will you see Indio (American Indian) men on either of his websites, despite the fact that they comprise a good portion of Mexico's population. Like any other businessman, he has to cater to his customers' taste or they will go elsewhere. The customer isn't always right, but he always has the final choice.

This is excellent advice. Most people do not realize that stockbrokers do not have a legal obligation to act in the best interest of their clients, unless they are fiduciaries. Stockbrokers often make recommendations based on what generates the most commissions for themselves, rather than the greatest return for clients. Caveat emptor!

You can probably get around that by simply registering a new account. If you are using the same device as before, be sure to delete the original installation of the app and clear your cache of all cookies that could identify you as a returing user. If you want to be really thorough, you could register the new account from a friend's place so that the IP address will be different.

The owner started out shooting photos of local latinos in his place in Los Angeles. In recent years, however, it seems he has been buying photosets of models from local photographers in various Latin American countries--mosty Mexico, but also Panama, Colombia, and Venezuela.
