  1. Yes, Heaven was in full swing back in December 2021.
  2. A list of some insurance companies can be found here. https://asq.in.th/thailand-covid-insurance It indicates those policies that cover you for asymptomatic covid. NOTE: This is a company that provides a service for acquiring Thailand Pass for a service fee. I assume you can purchase the policies directly without using the service.
  3. Left hand forgot to tell right hand about some changes (easing) to test and go arrivals recently announced, such as allowing for a journey of up to 5 hours from point of entry. https://www.tatnews.org/2021/12/thailand-reopening-exemption-from-quarantine-test-go/ Of course a day is a long time in this covid journey in every country. The Greek alphabet has a way to go.
  4. Hotel: Amara Plane landed at about 10:50 am. Transported to hotel by Mr Ball, not shared. Arrived about noon. Told to come down to lobby at 3pm for test. I did so but sent back to room to await a call. Finally tested at 4pm. Down to lobby in one lift then up to carpark via another lift for testing. Food: 3 choices, very tasty but small serve and no drink. Test result at 8am. Cost about 6400thb via Agoda
  5. I just stayed at Siri Sathorn too and encountered the same noise problem with the adjacent room. A rousing rendition of happy birthday at 3.30am kept me awake for the next hour. Still the rooms are spacious and good value at the moment.
  6. Otherwise known as Rapid Antigen Test has to be taken on day 6 or 7 with a picture of result sent you your Test and Go hotel.... although my hotel didn't consider it important.
  7. Their facebook page now says 15 November.....
  8. On my visits to Sansuk in recent years and most recently in Feb 2020 the two different figures were recorded on the cashier's sheet.
  9. I believe Sansuk does charge a lower entry for Thais. If you look at the sheet the cashier records your entry on there will either be 250 baht or 170 baht written. Presumably the lower amount for locals or younger guys. Whilst Babylon may have closed this does not mean the end of saunas. I am not aware of a new sauna that opened in 2020 being mentioned on the forum. KRUBB - Sukhumvit, BTS Prakanong krubbbangkok.com
