I have done most. However this is new to me:

Use a bathroom at the BTS/MRT/Airport Link Have you ever had to answer nature's call on the subway or sky train but realised there weren't any? Rookie mistake! Go ask the security or cashier if they can let you into the bathroom. They will walkie-talkie personnel to personally escort you to private bathrooms behind locked doors.

I'm glad to report that I had yet another chance to get one of these urinal shoulder massages this week. I politely declined the massage, but I did accept the hot towel I was offered and tipped the guy.

Nice list, but a few of the items reminded me more of my first visits than of contemporary Thailand. Toilet paper (outside of toilets) and these pink tissues aren't nearly as common anymore nowadays as they used to be.

Well, at least there is some variety in it-listings of this keep on popping up every year or so.

Sit on the table, eat on the floor.

Kill your granny for 10 bt.

Keep your 5 bt bus fare in your ear.

with the current BKK-clean up actions, it must be an invaluable skill to spot the few remaining illegal ambulant food vendors with carts.

Have your noodle soup tied up in about 62 plastic bags to take home.

Did you ever see mom&pop (or rather one of the kids)  of that shop run to the nearby 7 to buy an out of stock item?
