It's up there with Bulgaria. If you see older bald Western dudes in Croatia or Bulgaria and they have sexy much younger boys or girls on their arm, the general assumption is that they are bought and paid for. My ex was part of the Spacey PR machine and one of the jobs was to find guys just like that wherever and whenever he had to be. That said, I think the Croatian boy is cute! If so he certainly would not want to look as he does ... and if he's trying to protect him image he wouldn't want to be seen with that guy.
