I would say first thing is face because it incorporates a few other things as well, such as age, eyes, lips (including a smile) What turns me on the most is probably aura/personality because that is the closest thing that might include passion and enthusiasm. But boiling it down, I think first for me would be face, then body (including scent), then personality. However, a great personality can (and often does) trump a lackluster face and body; but if the guy is an asshole, then I literally lose all interest.
