I don't pay R400 or R600, I said I knew of a few Brazilians who did. I pay the going rate of about R100 as I've said. That includes with Fernando by the way, that's what he charges me. Again the rise in rate from R50 to R100 was far more significant than anything discussed here, and that doubling of the rate had nothing to do with foreigners. In the end, if you overpay you don't ruin it for anyone else.
