Colombia is certainly covered, but I guess Ecuador is off the map. Medellin is by far the most active city and the only one with anything like a Brazilian sauna. I have managed to connect with a few guys for free via Grindr and Hornet. And I even arranged in person meetings with a couple of my favorite Chaturbaters. I can imagine any of that having happened if I spoke no Spanish.
