Case in point: convicted political criminal Michael Flynn, closely affiliated with criminal TRUMP....... FULL pardon today..... Sure does prove that Trump is the President of Law & Order, in other words he has no regard or respect for Law & Order..... Trump continues to SHOW us who he is.....a Sham, a fraud, a con man. Just saying... You are correct, making your point to a Rhetorical question. However, there are Offences, and then there are crimes, both Illegal but different in character, scope and punishment.
