Every boy is offable for long term for the right price. You have to make them an offer they can't refuse. I did try one boy recently. He would spend the night, no issue. But, would not go for long long term. Even with a very generous offer (10k per week). However, he did quote a number that I just felt uncomfortable. I have my limits.

For LT I meant to spend entire night with a boy till morning, so it's ok for me. But yeah, it would be perfect to have a companion at least for 2 or 3 days and that way I would be able to explore Bangkok with him.

10000k per week is less than 1500 for a day it's not attractive enough to convince a typical Thai boy to accept such an offer. It's usually min. 2500 per day.

I believe you are incorrect. For long long term, I am talking months or years and not days. Your rate would be over 75,000 per month. Not going to happen and never been expected from anyone I know.

Most boys are smart enough to do math. If it is a trip to Phuket, 10k a week is a great deal for them. I have never once had a boy turn down a trip or a week for that amount. (as least that I can remember)

Yes they share some of the boys, that is a boy will quickly go to the other place if a customer ask for that specific boy. 

After checking your map, I'd agree that Intra is a separate shop from Home.

If you left Intra and began walking in the direction of Saphan Kwai, you'd soon arrive outside 27M Massage (a few shop houses before Intramara 27) on same side of road. Have been there a few times. In the evening they tend to have a group of guys on hand.

Aside from Silom Soi 6, I'm unaware of another Bangkok location with such a concentration of all-male shops.

You are right, that street is full of good places, but 27M was the worse of all of them for me.  I tried 2 guys, there: Dollar and Pe, and they were both terrible. No kissing, can’t get hard, no interest in trying to please me. Two very beautiful straight guys who hate what they are doing, and it shows.

You are under the common misconception that the boy can show you around, or enjoys the same things you do.

In my early years in Thailand, I tried to drag boys around, usually a disaster. Over the years, I have found only few travel mates.

I went to Thailand only once, but actually had a pretty good experience with a gogoboy from hotmale. He was very fun to be with, I took him to a temple visit around Pattaya, to the elephant park / garden, to the mall, to the big Buddha statue, to a river cruise+dinner in Bangkok, to get a manicure and a couple massage etc. And of course every meal together.
If you have a bit of chemistry, it works. Maybe not for two weeks, but 3 days is fun and you get to learn a bit more about that guy that if you had just an overnight.

I'm not considering a boy to be my guide at all. I meant it would be perfect if a boy just can keep me company for several days. If there is no good chemistry with boy, then there is no point to ask him to be my companion  that's for sure.

Over the years of visiting LOS as a gay sex tourist I’ve occasionally  retained boys for periods of up to a week. Trying to remember how much money I paid I recall on one occasion where it was  10k for 5 days/nights. But the cost was increased by presents of clothes, beachwear ( I like them to wear brief speedos) and phone costs.  So the total cost would have been rather higher, particularly in the case of one particularly hottie I remember . Perhaps you didn't read what I said above. It was not for one week. It was for long term, many months or longer if things work out. Again, I disagree and say 10k per week is generous.

but if there's good chemistry it may become rewarding indeed. And truth is , until we try we will never discover. After 3 days it may become boring but also chance are it may become more rewarding  as we and boy  become more familiar forth each other.
