You know, making a joke that nobody gets then yelling at people to lighten up because they don't get it isn't a great way to suggest you have a sense of humor. I'm plenty light, but you joke still makes zero fucking sense. If it has nothing to do with Obamacare, then why the fuck did you title it that? How about "Why Michelle put a ring on it?" or something? I would have chuckled at that, or probably several other punch lines that actually were relevant to the image at hand. So before you yell at people because they don't "get it", consider that your joke just utterly failed and stop insulting us.

Don't be so sure. This is a real nightmare with different goods taxed different ways in each of the jurisdictions. This will be a hugely expensive problem for on-line retailers.

If price were no object, I'd do london. Great city, lots of boys. Ditto Manhattan. For a cheaper trip, I love thailand. I've personally never done Brazil, but it's on my list.

I was bullied quite a lot. Like Expat, I was a straight A student, I'd skipped a grade and so was younger than many of my classmates, and wasn't particularly masculine. You survive, but it does leave scars.

Well, I married a woman, though she knew I was an out gay man at the time. It so happens she's my best friend and soul mate, and we decided a life together was what we wanted with all the strange baggage such a decision would entail. We're just shy of 20 years, and it was the best damn thing I ever did. It has made us both very happy. So, from my experience, it _can_ work very well. But then we started from complete honesty. This guy's story is a recipe for a total disaster. He's using her and that isn't going to work out well at all...

I've never gotten to the French Laundry, though I have gone to the Fat Duck. I've been to a few other michelin 3 stars that didn't make this list. These kind of lists are so subjective, as hito says.
