Abi, I suggest you look at flying with one of the ME3 (Qatar, Emitates or Eihad) carriers and book into business class from AMS to BKK when they offer a seat sale. Infinitely preferable to KLM who offer a very inferior product in all cabins. The stopover, if short, helps avoid jet lag and DVT. My next visit to Thailand is in November from London and I am taking a positioning flight to AMS and then fly on from there with Qatar in the business cabin for circa £1,000 return. Excellent value.

Table Mountain is pretty spectacular but other than that I find Cape Town a fairly depressing city with a high and increasing crime rate. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many cities around the world and Cape Town certainly wouldn't be anywhere close to featuring in the top 10.

The very name FOSSILGay conjures up images of an ancient man with an obsolete penis that can't even be stirred by a double dose of viagra. Buckbee - there are numerous airlines but many use really old aircraft and do not run to schedule. My first flight was with Yangon Airways - but the aged aircraft's interior was in appalling condition and the flight did not run to schedule. After that took next two flights with Mann Yadanarpon Airlines. Brand new aircraft, excellent crew and ran to schedule. You can book at www.airmyp.com. We stayed at Hupin Inle Khaung Daing Resort Hotel which is a bit remote but very peaceful. They have amazing floating cottages. About 20 were destroyed in a fire a couple of years ago and these have been rebuilt and are super luxurious - in November we were amongst first to stay in them and upgraded into the cottage once we had arrived at hotel.

Buckbee - the highlight of my trip was three days and 2 nights at Inle Lake. Bagan excellent too. There are some excellent internal airlines with very new fleets which are good for travelling from Rangoon to Mandalay, Bagan to Inle etc.

Are the guys naked and are the fuck shows happening again or is that all still suppressed under the current regime?

Forky123, thanks for your advice. It happened to me a few months ago on Christian's site, then once on Monday this week and once on Tuesday. On every occasion, on the next attempt I have got in to the website fine. I am using Safari browser on an iPAD to access the site.

I have had this problem before very occasionally with his website. Normally it is fine but then I had problem again two days running. Yesterday and today were intermittent so sometimes diverts to the other sites but not every time. I don't think problem is at my end as I experience it with no other sites and have had trouble with Christian's site before. I see Hanan has experienced same problem. I think it is some system Christian has subscribed to which probably diverts a certain percentage of visitors and which Christian derives income from. Just a guess but I look forward to hearing an explanation from ChristianPFC.

On trying to log into www.christianpfc.blogspot.com yesterday, I was diverted to a website purporting to offer free iPhones. It initially looked like it was an Apple site but on further inspection of the url, it was not. It required people to enter personal data. Interested in the cumshow? How many guys participate? I wouldn't imagine its too popular with the boys. Surely they are less likely to score an off when all the punters know they have just cum? Were the participants big shooters?

JackR - I have stayed in the Lebua State Tower and was really disappointed. It is not the 5* experience you expect. It has a really hopeless entrance (not good for cabs) and is in an awkward location. With busy roads to cross. Rooms are satisfactory but nothing special. My preferences would be Le Meridien (great location - next to SoinTwilight - fab rooms and no problem with joiners) or the Pullman. Both much more comfortable than Lebua which disappointed. Dust Thani is another good 5* in good location and no joiner issues. Rooms were getting a bit faded but someone mentioned they had been refitted. Hope that helps
