In anticipation of my first visits 2 Santo Domingo and 2 Thermas Barcelona, I thread-researched and then posted an organized summary of all relevant updated info. I recently started 2 do the same about BKK, but the length and width of it proved too much for non-experienced me (visited 3 times in 15 years). Would anyone of the experts b willing 2 prepare some kind of updated summary of venues rates etc? It could then b pin-posted, and updated periodically..... Apologize if I crossed a line. M sorry 4 all the points in which my post was difficult 2 undrstnd. I don't undrstnd ur referrence 2 Thailand. If by "throwing money" u mean the expenses I incurred 4 the company of these 2 guys, I dont see it as "throwing" any more than payment 4 regular tourist services. In fact, since they both preferred not 2 b paid, I "threw" relatively VERY little money. [The prices of car rental and hotel rooms don't change per person.] The sheer excitement of J at his 1st ever journey outside Medellin topped by his 1st flight, was 4 him much more than money. It warmed my heart 2 b the agent of his adventures.
