M sorry 4 all the points in which my post was difficult 2 undrstnd. I don't undrstnd ur referrence 2 Thailand. If by "throwing money" u mean the expenses I incurred 4 the company of these 2 guys, I dont see it as "throwing" any more than payment 4 regular tourist services. In fact, since they both preferred not 2 b paid, I "threw" relatively VERY little money. [The prices of car rental and hotel rooms don't change per person.] The sheer excitement of J at his 1st ever journey outside Medellin topped by his 1st flight, was 4 him much more than money. It warmed my heart 2 b the agent of his adventures.

For me sex is an important part of travels, but the main thing is sightseeing. In Latin America there's also the goal of practicing my spanish. Maup and I have a bit of a correspondence history. I told him I'm coming 2 Medellin and will b looking 4 BF material to accompany me on a week of self-drive to Cali. He connected me with J, one of his regulars. J is an unemployed 19 y/o twink from Venezuela. There was an instant click - whatsapp and then f2f when I landed on Wednesday (including in bed). Maup arrived 16 hours after me. We met three times; a pleasure in itself. Thank you Maup! I also posted in Grinder and other apps a "wanted" - ad (in Spanish): looking 4 a guy who can hold a conversation and travel outside the city, and enjoys sex with mature men. Was inundated with responses, but almost all didnt fill the 1st criteria. Then, on Saturday A appeared - 23 y/o, employed and even lives alone in a rented studio. He was nuts over me, and wanted to accompany on the trip, even at the price of cashing in some vacation days. I decided to take it slowly; cancelled my Communa 13 Sunday with J; and went with A instead. Had a great day (including the sex again); which convinced me 2 split my time btw them. J joined me on Tuesday for the car trip, until Monday in Cali; and I flew A to Bogota 2 join me there on Wednesday 4 a VERY long weekend. I feel VERY lucky and blessed to 2 out of 2. Had a great time with them, nice intelligent and sexy young men - each in his own way. No money exchanged hands. Of course I paid all expenses, and J also got 8 books as gifts. For A, the very visit to Bogota and via plane 2 boot was birthday gift enough. PS - 4 all of u contemplating a similar self-drive trip - have no concerns. At no point did I feel unsafe or insecure. Most of the driving is slow, but who's in a hurry..... ? I heartly recommend Jerico, Valle de Cocora and Therma Spa Santa Rosa.
