  1. How does that work? Drugging when stretching?
  2. https://www.health.com/condition/infectious-diseases/coronavirus/does-mouthwash-kill-covid-19 A quick google came up with a list of studies, one of which is the above
  3. No one close to me had died of covid, but i know few people personally that had died. Of course if we expand to my friend's family, my cousin's families on the other side, work colleagues etc, those numbers add up. At least except for one person, all of my extended families than im in communication with, are taking their vaccines, and majority had their 2nd dose already. Regardless of this, i cant feel sympathy for those who not only decided for themselves that they are superior being and can ward off the virus without medical help, but also preach others to do the same. And these people are also the one selling those ivermectin, or cloves water, or whatever natural immunity and supplement that they claim able to keep covid away. If these people died from covid, i cant feel sad at all, simply because, if they had survived, they will then say whatever they claim is true, thus continue their mission to drag eveeyone else down with them
  4. We have police to do spotcheck for compliance here. Of course if your premises become a cluster, that might spell disaster if u didnt follow the rules.
  5. No worries, its the same damn crowd anyway. Lol
  6. At least she came to her sense and still goes to the hospital for treatment. Clearly her natural method didnt work to ward off covid. The "natural" things that ive heard here includes charcoal, cloves, vitamin C, papaya leaves. Ivermectin while gaining traction here as well, is not natural.
  7. I did a search just now and flight price is still reasonable for me. Not as cheap but standard price when there is no promotion or sale.
  8. Im on the same boat, plus i need my country to also allow us to travel. Otherwise, its bureaucratic headache both ways.
  9. If this happen, any of the members here will jump on the next available ticket to thailand in mid oct? Hehe
  10. Our quarantine centers has always separate male and female, so is our wards. I didnt know thailand didnt separate by gender. Is it uncommon in other countries as well?
  11. Probably MBK?
  12. Another thing that i have yet to see is thailand's positivity rate, which will give some indication that the testing done was sufficient or not, which indirectly tells us whether the reported daily new cases are representative or under reported. Malaysia's positivity rate as been in 14-15% percent for few weeks now, so we are not doing enough testing for sure. So not suprised that our daily cases hasnt been going down for months now. Our vaccination rate has been great and hospitals in the states with most cases previously are seeing some light in the end of the tunnel with a trend of lower ICU admission, but other states are now seeing higher cases and hospitalization, mainly those who are still lagging behind in their vaccination. Based on this, i think thailand will see some sort of increasing cases in the next few weeks, as a result of restriction relaxation announced. We observe similar trend here. Only reason our daily number stabilize to around 22k is because some states are seeing a down trend, while some seeing an up trend due to the various level of restriction. Our gov wont do a proper full lockdown as we cant afford it. So i dont think thailand will see cases going down as fast as we hope. Our only hope for optimism is for thai gov to come to a realization that they cant afford a lockdown/restrictions and start opening up, making sure the healthcare system will be able to cope, and of course, push harder on the vaccination program. Just read the news that UK just added Thailand to the red alert zone under their travel rules.
  13. I think there are ways to go to bangkok already. Phuket sandbox have been extended to three more regions and after 14 days, u can make your way to bangkok or anywhere in thailand. When will it totally open is something no one can answer. We all hope on the vaccine, but vaccine alone wont help, and we can see many countries that dont have supply issue also fail to get enough peoppe to be vaccinated due to anti-vacs and the like. Most likely itll take a while before a nation to realize covid is not going away and start to compromise and open the country back. And this is not something anyone can predict.
  14. I dont mised the bar or massage places but i miss the boys. So as long as boys are around and willing to join me, i should be good. Bar and massage places makes it easier for us but if there isnt any, back to the apps then.
  15. Source It’s official: Alitalia is shutting down. While the end of the airline has been clear for months now, the carrier has officially announced that it will stop flying from 14th October. All flights beyond this date are canceled, and passengers may request a refund or travel before the 14th. From the 15th of October, ITA will become the new Italian flag carrier, kicking off a new era for Italian aviation. As the anticipation for ITA builds up, Alitalia has been planning its orderly closure. Yesterday, the Italian flag carrier announced that the end is near. Effective from today, 25th August, Alitalia won’t sell tickets for flights from 15th October, limiting advance sales. This effectively means that the airline will cease to fly after this date Passengers that are booked to fly on the 15th or later have two choices. They may either rebook their flights to fly before 14th October or can request a full refund. Since ITA is a wholly different airline with its own AOC, there won’t be any rebookings available.
  16. There is a free article per month i think, so when i clicked and hit the paywall, i used incognito mode and that took care of that.
  17. The MOU stated they will be vaccinated and quarantine. From the link on bangkok post, thats what it says. "The DoE is also preparing a special MoU to import labourers in some particular tasks. All must be vaccinated and quarantined first," Mr Suchart said. I just hope that to be true. Who will vaccinate these migrant workers is not stated but if i were to guess, its not thailand.
  18. Hope they will all be vaccinated.
  19. Yes, dont take risk until you are fully vaccinated, i.e. two weeks after second dose. Too many cases here are after first dose or even 2nd dose but before two weeks, and some did had severe symptom and died. It wont be long now that u have gotten your first dose. I had just passed 2 weeks since my second dose but still having doubt to go out since one person in my house is still not fully vaccinated. Im tempted to stay at my apartment alone if i were to go out and start taking risks lol.
  20. Somebody in the comment suggested it means 41% of the infection is from bangkok and 59% is from other provinces. So not really rate of infection...
  21. 41% and 59% infection rate, does that means positivity rate? If it is, thats is very high indeed.
  22. I hope that too, but this is a covid dark humor thread no? Haha
  23. Without knowing what the question is, both could hold true. News article said they will only start the ban in october, so if the question didnt specify the time, then the respond will still be true, for now.
  24. U could do it while they are in ICU, high chance of not surviving and even if they survive, that trauma will last.
  25. I wonder when theyll come after messaging apps like telegram, line etc that is being used for the same purpose of distributing porns.
