I wonder if they have fire insurance for their premises? At least if the investigation doesnt found any fraud, they might be able to use the claim and start fresh when the time is right.

Lucky you then. Perhaps the escort using fake pic in this situation simply because they want to remain discreet and using blank profile means no business. On the other hand, most people will be very elated if the one who turn up actually hotter haha. -

Its 3am here and im reading about leeches lol Anyway, from my readings, it says not to use salt to remove leeches. Instead, remove it by hand with proper technique or let the leech finished feeding and came off by itself is a better option. What not to do Do not remove a leech using any of the following methods. These can cause the leech to vomit blood into your wound and increase your risk of infection: salting fire shampoo bug repellant Source

MANILA, Sept 6 — Philippine Airlines said Saturday it was filing for bankruptcy in the United States to slash US$2 billion (RM8.29 billion) in debt as it tries to survive an industry gutted by the coronavirus pandemic. The national carrier of the Philippines said the filing will allow it to restructure contracts and cut debt by at least US$2 billion while getting US$655 million in fresh capital when it emerges from the Chapter 11 process. PAL will also downsize its fleet by 25 per cent and re-negotiate contracts to reduce lease payments. ADVERTISEMENT PAL will also downsize its fleet by 25 per cent and re-negotiate contracts to reduce lease payments. ADVERTISING “Philippine Airlines will continue business-as-usual operations while finalising the restructuring of our network, fleet and organisation,” senior vice president and chief financial officer Nilo Thaddeus Rodriguez said in a video message. As part of agreements reached with suppliers, lenders and lessors, Rodriguez said PAL will secure US$505 million to execute the recovery plan. The money will later convert into airline equity and long-term debt. It will also obtain another US$150 million in debt funding after it emerges from the restructuring process “in a few months”, Rodriguez said. Philippine air travel volume collapsed by 75 per cent from about 30 million passengers in 2019 to seven million last year due to pandemic restrictions, PAL president Gilbert Santa Maria said in the same video. The carrier cancelled more than 80,000 flights, wiping out US$2 billion in revenue, and let go of 2,300 employees. Its main shareholder injected more than US$130 million in emergency liquidity and a non-strategic asset was sold for more than US$70 million. Santa Maria said PAL now operates 21 per cent of pre-pandemic flights to 70 per cent of its usual destinations. — AFP Source Another one bite the dust..

Just curious, is there a mention of the time the interview happened? Surely those who are teenagers in 2010 onwards vs those who were teenagers in 1980s has a very different experience growing up.

BEIJING: China banned reality talent programmes Thursday and ordered broadcasters to promote more masculine representations of men, in a wide-ranging crackdown on "immoral" pop culture Beijing believes is leading young people astray. Talent shows that put hundreds of aspiring young performers through rigorous boot camps and subject them to public votes have become massively popular in China, sparking criticism over obsessive fans and poor role models. Broadcast and TV institutions must not screen idol development programmes or variety shows and reality shows," China's broadcast regulator, the National Radio and Television Administration said, in a raft of new regulations. The regulator ordered broadcasters to resist "abnormal aesthetics" such as "sissy" men, "vulgar influencers", stars' inflated pay and performers with "lapsed morals." Talent shows that put hundreds of aspiring young performers through rigorous boot camps and subject them to public votes have become massively popular in China, sparking criticism over obsessive fans and poor role models. "Broadcast and TV institutions must not screen idol development programmes or variety shows and reality shows," China's broadcast regulator, the National Radio and Television Administration said, in a raft of new regulations. The regulator ordered broadcasters to resist "abnormal aesthetics" such as "sissy" men, "vulgar influencers", stars' inflated pay and performers with "lapsed morals." Faced with falling birth rates, Chinese authorities have tried to instil traditional masculine values in the country's youth by ramping up gym classes and criticising male entertainers who model the effeminate looks of Korean pop idols. Instead, broadcasters were urged to "strongly promote outstanding traditional Chinese culture... and advanced socialist culture." Popular Chinese blogger Feng Xiaoyi had his account suspended by Douyin – China's version of TikTok – last week for "promoting unhealthy values", after some users complained about his "sissy" videos. Video streaming site iQiyi last week said it would cancel all future idol talent shows that are in development. More at Source

Lets hope this is true. Meanwhile malaysia is also thinking of the same line of living with the virus, though our timeline might be more realistic as we are 48% fully vaccinated and 62% at least first dose of all population. Of the eligible adult population, that number is much higher at 67%/87% respectively. We will also begin vaccination for 12-18 soon in states where majority of the adult has been fully vaccinated. https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2021/09/01/covid-19-expected-to-become-endemic-in-malaysia-by-end-of-october-says-kj

80% of condos in Thailand sold to foreigners, 50% China
spoon replied to reader's topic in Gay Bangkok
I believe 50% or more of any condo has to be own by thai is still in effect. So if 80% of the sales were bought by foreigners, i assumed there are plenty of unsold thai quota condos out there as well? -
Im surprised the article claim that people never heard of putrajaya. It is in between the airport and KL, and if u ever tale the airport train, one of the stop is putrajaya. Other than that, i agree that it is a well planned new capital that deserve a visit. Unfortunately, there is no lrt to travel through the city so most local use car or motorcycle to roam the city. Plenty of people enjoy cycling too. There is a local bus system but ive never taken one so i cant comment on their reliability. A lot of government events held there well, with the latest was national day parade on 31st Aug. Hot air baloon mentioned in the article is something ive never took, but there is an annual hot air balloon festival/competition pre-covid era. If you are visiting malaysia and KL, it is definitely worth a visit, great place to take pictures too. Some photos from my most recent visit at night

Arrest warrants for seven cops in torture-death case

So prior to these new 7 rules, they dont need to be honest, obey the constitution, make right decision, prioritize the public, strive for success, carry duty without prejudice, and be a good example? -

I dont ask directly, but i sometimes ask some indrect questions that usually gives me a clue. Asking if they have a boyfriend for example. Its not a deal breaker for me if they are gay or straight or bi, but i am one of those who want the guy to fit certain criteria if i am paying. Cant say what ill do if i want a long term relationship as ive yet consider getting into that. So far, ive only went out with one guy in thailand that is for fun, and not for sex, and it doesnt involve me paying him money for his time. Of course i did picked up the bills, but there is no obligation for him to do what he dont want. In fact, i even offer to give him money before sending him off and he politely refuse. This guy, i didnt know exactly if he is gay or bi or straight, but i did ask him what is his type and he shows me the kind of guy he like, when we were at a gay bar. Those boys who i know for a fact that they are straight, often from mamasan, but still will go with me, i sometimes ask them what kind of girl do they like. One said he like blonde lady lol.

Wow, thanks for the visual. I didnt know there is a transdermal patch version of the drug. Ive read people slip the drug through alcohol or even the women laced their boobs with the drugs and entice guys to lick it. Putting the drug up one's butt is new to me for sure. At first i imagine some sort of suppository version but it wont be as easy to out in without notice as to compare with a patch.
