Saunas that have rentboys in Medellin and Bogota
Riobard replied to Kvaughn's topic in Latin America Men and Destinations
This would be the facade structure if not the same colour or perhaps it has been refurbished since these street view shots. 18 months ago was Barra Club 58 but then dropped off social media. It’s the purple or black door as you can see the numbering in one of the photos. -
São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro represent the majority of new MPXV cases in Brazil and they are certainly multiplying. It would be expected to at least quadruple within a month. They can only launch infection treatment preparedness and containment measures at this time. About 30,000 and 20,000 vaccine doses are ordered with expected delivery, respectively, September and November. At those low supply numbers one wonders if it will be released for PEP only (& PrEP for health care workers) at that time, and what will be the uptake comfort level among GBMSM that may need to self-identify risk, already a factor that compromises HIV PrEP uptake. Hospitals will have limited capacity for a second disease this decade requiring structural patient isolation. Don’t be shocked if there is no choice but to shut down congregate sexual venues, in case you are planning to visit and utilize them. ——— https://agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br/saude/noticia/2022-08/sao-paulo-lanca-plano-de-enfrentamento-variola-dos-macacos?amp ——-

I just discovered that I can easily access Toronto schedules for anyone that wishes to target a specific date, if you don’t have Twitter. Otherwise, enter “Imvamune Toronto” in a Twitter search, or Google “Imvamune Toronto” to access site locations, days, times. Not all sites in Toronto are open all 7 days of the week. In contrast, the main Montreal walk-in site where I received my dose early June is still open every day. The daily schedule spread also seems to be broader than Toronto sites as well, where strategizing timing travelling in and out may require more planning or the greater likelihood of necessitating an overnight in Toronto.

It appears that CDC has re-stratified Jynneos eligibility. Whereas I think it was PrEP or PEP, that remaining the categorization in Canada, it is now PEP for confirmed exposure, PEP++ for high-risk groups, and PrEP for occupational (eg, laboratory) risk. PrEP will represent a minimal proportion of supply allocation. It will be interesting to see the relative proportions of the new supply allocated for PEP versus PEP++.

I started posting Montreal details in this very GG thread 6 weeks ago if anybody wants to scroll back, inquire here, or DM me. You can get into the walk-in vaxx site in The (Gay) Village in seconds without a booking. Bring passport for ID. I was in that neighbourhood last week for routine HIV PrEP STI panel nearby and there was nobody seeking Imvamune (Jynneos) but about 20 personnel twiddling their thumbs and an ample supply of doses. (The thumbs thing these days means keeping busy on smartphones.) I think Toronto is very easy as well, likely particularly Metro Hall on Bay St. & Queen St area, but I don’t have details … well, now I do … see below.

I also use Mastercard. It is not consistently reliable in retail, though usually works. I also find Santander to be the only consistent bank for ATM withdrawals.

A Dad with kids fishing at Flamengo with a lit line float. Being July, dusk is earlier, 17:00-ish … though some people wanted to break out their designer winter clothing yet temperature highs close to 30C most days thwarted that. FullSizeRender.MOV

Samples of pop-ups at Republic Palace en route to 117 … I note these downloads may be glitchy on the Board but they aren’t glitchy in my Photos app. FullSizeRender.MOV FullSizeRender.mov

Latent typo error catch: Autoviação 1001 is the express bus company.

Lunch (or dinner) at SPOT! off Paulista is not to be missed. Was packed in and out and got the last table. FullSizeRender.MOV

The 09:30-17:00 SP/Rio bus either direction is growing on me, in this case Autoviaço 1001, BRL239 return. Allows a bit later sleep-in morning of departure but enough time to check in within conventional time frames upon arrival, and get to a targeted venue in time if desired. It stops at the same plaza in Resende each way for 30 minutes, with a good Graal outlet lunch selection and even time for a little separate gelato-by-weight treat. Load up a few movies on bucket list and go.

Agents when arriving at T3 Guarulhos were amazingly attentive and competent at redirecting dozens of passengers with missed connections, following the now typical airport infrastructure screwups up here in Canada that have become the aggravating ‘’new normal’ and unsurprisingly affected my flight.

Interesting how our subjective experiences can differ. I was blown away by 117 inventory selection attending 9 times this month and, at that, leaving a few unsampled on the table. But it seems that you are having a balanced great time with more to come. I am interloping here but I see no need to open my own thread specifically related to trade.

So neither others’ experiences of frequency of sex nor your past higher frequency is the reference point for your degree of comfort with your evolved frequency. That’s good and that level of adaptation is evolved. I think that the low cost of transactional sex in many jurisdictions is a factor in rating the degree of overall satisfaction with having fully capitalized on a given trip. They are intertwined and the risk is that a natural evolution in frequency of sex is mistakenly conflated with some notion of personal deterioration. I think that a levelling of regional costs associated with transactional sex might for some reduce their subjective misgivings about reduced sexual frequency. As many here have alluded, the qualitative aspect can compensate for the quantitative aspect that on its own in isolation can lead to regret that unfortunately arises regarding irreversible lifespan changes. I was simply tossing in the financial variable because it had not been mentioned but is, IMO, a factor in these appraisals. I won’t add my own changing patterns in transactional sex frequency because they are likely irrelevant in assisting others in adaptation to theirs. In short, it’s me AND I’m old, AND other factors (eg, financial bargains) that fit into the equation.

All good points so far. The first misgivings mentioned were about rates of transactional sex, so the concepts of supply and money must enter into it. So it’s turn-a-profit Friday and I’m disinterested in lining up with my spiked chariot wheels cart for the bargain-basement rush. But I have a historical precedent of capitalizing on slashed prices and possibly bought into the distorted reference points of a very niche consumer subgroup regarding an unsustainably loaded check-out whoard. Each of us must work out the stamina-and-savings equation realistically in terms of those liquidation bins.

DC has just pivoted to the single-dose playbook. I would think other jurisdictions will follow suit. For VA I nominate the term ‘Virjynneos’ for enhanced public awareness.

None of the Canadian provinces engaged in Imvamune rollout at this time is offering the second MVA-BN dose (aka Imvamune, Jynneos, Imnavex) except to those considered to be immunocompromised. That subgroup would be accessing the full vaccination regimen, or the 2nd dose according to the 4-week interval, within their medical specialty programs. Folks including foreign nationals that have easily accessed the first dose at the designated walk-in Monkeypox vaccination centre in Montreal will not be granted the 2nd dose 28 (or 28+) days later if they show up hoping for it. It’s not an issue for me because I am satisfied that my broad-spectrum orthopox immunity has been given a sufficient boost with the single dose several weeks ago, having received childhood Smallpox vaccination some 60+ years ago. Canada is currently offering only a single dose (except for above-mentioned provision) irrespective of Smallpox vaccination history. This is based on pragmatic considerations of unknown supply-demand in the shorter term as well as clinical data that supports the notion of fairly immediate and sustained protection from a single dose. The demand in Montreal had fizzled but I imagine uptake will increase this week due to the International AIDS Conference hosted here this year, presumably many attendees not accessing MVA-BN in their home nations, including European Union that just approved it but has inadequate supply.
