1. Yup, kiss and suck. They are gay4pay and just there to earn money but like most Japanese, they'll give it a good go because they're predisposed to providing good service  but I find they aren't really good at doing either so I only go for a straight guy if he bottoms too, personally.  
2. If ◎ or 〇, almost always. If △, depends on how big you are. I think all the sites have a disclaimer that the boy has a right to refuse if their butt isn't in good shape that day or if you're too big, but I've only been notified once (out of ~20-30 visits) and even then he did it.... Oh wait I just remembered there was one other time and that guy didn't do it. I was disappointed, yup, but we did other stuff. I believe both were △.

Oh I like picking out my faves in advance too, lol. Certainly adds to the anticipation of the trip.

I'm sorry, but I got C.Diff from rimming.  I ended up in the hospital for two nights, in isolation where nobody could come in without being gloved and wrapped up.  I'm very healthy and in great shape, but it took over my body.

Loretta Swit was Houlihan in the show.  Kellerman was in the Altman movie.  

1984 was the one that i liked the most out of that top 5. It's a very powerful book and keeps you hooked til the end. 
I tried to read the Lord of the Rings but gave up halfway through the first book. Just not my thing.

Gosh I'm excited to go back some day and see if I can do more guys in one night than I did last time.  That was 6 guys!  

Sometimes I read about Broke Dick syndrome, and I'm scared to know that it's a real thing, especially since me and my best best friends don't like to use much lube, and they are really really tight!
