Allow me to repeat a well-known joke among the girls. They refer to the Japanese customers as 555, pronounced 'hahaha'. It stands for 5 minutes, 5 inches, 5000 yen.

Just to be clear, I extinguished it under the tap before I put it in the bin. I'm a little paranoid when it comes to hotel fires. I always ask for a room on a lower floor and the first thing I do is check where the fire escape is. I remember staying in a hotel in Paris when the fire alarm went off. I rushed to the fire escape, only to find that the door was locked! Everyone was in a mad panic, banging on the door and trying to force it open. Suddenly, the alarm stopped. We went downstairs in the lift to complain about the door. "What's your problem? It was only a test." Fucking French!

I get the feeling there are more Japanese walking around Bangkok than there are in Tokyo. You can go through an entire day and hardly hear any Japanese being spoken around you. It's all Chinese. What was this event all about? Promoting Japan?

I forget where I bought it, but it would have been somewhere near Boyztown - maybe Walking Street.

Sorry, my bad. A&P is, of course, in PP.

I can relate to this. I'm not a drug taker - I'm not even a drinker as such. However, I do recall a truly wonderful experience I had with cannabis in Amsterdam a numbet of years ago, I met up with a young Japanese guy in our hotel and he suggested we go to a 'coffee shop'. Living in Japan at the time, I had no knowledge, let alone experience, with marijuana as drugs were not a thing in Japan. I wasn't all that keen to go.at first, but he persuaded me. I ordered the weakest joint from the long list on the menu, whilst he ordered something a lot stronger. I remember staggering back to the hotel, arms around each other holding us up, and feeling totally euphoric and not being able to stop laughing. I returned to Amsterdam a few months later and booked into a small Japanese- owned hotel. (Actually, it was just a house on the canal). I could smell the marijuana as I opened the door. I went upstairs to reception and saw about a dozen young Japanese guys sitting around smoking and rolling joints. I immediately headed to the closest 'coffee shop' to get some weed and took it back to the hotel. I didn't know how to roll a joint but these guys were perfectionists in the art -no surprise considering they come from the land of origami! The joints were a work of art - I remember how they were perfectly cylindrical and came to a beautiful point at the end. I lit one.....and nothing happened! I didn't feel anything! Had I been dudded by the coffee shop? The boys gave me one of theirs and again, I hardly felt anything. Undeterred, I bought some space cookies and some cake, but they had very little effect on me. The boys suggested that, as I was not a user, my body may be having trouble dealing with it. I bought a joint in Pattaya a few years ago. I took one puff and immediately felt its affects. I threw it in the bin because I decided I wanted to stay in full control of my faculties. I wish I could relive my first experience in Amsterdam. It was wonderful!!!!

You should have stayed at Arthur and Paul next door. Although I've stayed there a number of times, I have never had a massage there. However, there are lots of reports of massages with all the 'extras' being readily available.

Once the government influences /corrupts / takes over /controls the system of justice, any semblance of democracy is fucked. And once it's gone, how can it ever be restored without an independent judiciary, which is needed to uphold the constitution? Uneducated, unsophisticated and gullible magats have elected a convicted fraudster and rapist (and self-confessed sexual abuser of women), who is supported by none other than the Supreme Court! I hold them solely to blame for allowing Trump to highjack the judiciary and, in so doing, the democratic process in America and for ruining its reputation throughout the world. Like many others now, I have lost all respect for America - a country I grew up admiring so much. I only hope its allies will punish them by deserting America and aligning with Europe (and even China) instead. Dumping the dollar would also be a good move. And I'm going to sit back and laugh as I watch Bucky and his gullible maga-mates see their economic circumstances crash and burn. And just look what is going to happen once the tariffs begin to take hold! I'm also waiting to say 'We told you so' when the magats realise that Trump has taken away their social security benefits and given the money saved to his billionaire mates instead. How can so many people be so stupid?

Yes.

"And I hope @PeterRS resumes participation in the forum. I'm sure I speak for others too when I say he was missed." +1

They are still horrible, no matter which way you look at them!

It looks like one of those beads some guys put in their cocks to give pleasure to their partner. In Thailand they're called "mooks", which I think means pearls. In Japan the yakuza used to insert a ring is small pearls just under the head of the cock. Maybe this is where it all started.
-
Same here. It's just that I think the bum hose is much more convenient.
-
As I sometimes like to bottom, I wish they'd have a bum hose like they do in Thailand.

They were terrible years for foreigners who arrived in Japan looking forward to some action. Doors were suddenly slammed shut in saunas, bars and clubs. I was lucky, in that I usually went to these places accompanied by my Japanese friends. Being a regular customer I was still welcomed but did not get much attention from many of the customers. Venturing out to new places was a little more problematic, but speaking fluent Japanese and having friends who vouched for me meant that I was normally able to enter. But all was not lost. I still got action in the gay cinemas, although not as much as pre-HIV. Plus I was a member of 2 sex clubs and had no problems at all, as I knew all the other members. And there was still lots of attention directed my way on the trains during rush-hour.

I often stay at APA hotels in Ueno. As stated above, there is a sign next to the elevators telling you that visitors are not permitted in your room and must be entertained in the lobby. However, the lobbies seem to be busy most of the time so nobody has time to check. Also, it's better if you and your friend get into a crowded lift, as you friend can hide among everyone. All the hotels I've stayed at in Japan have the same no-visitor rule. But there are ways around it.

In just 2 short weeks Trump has threatened to use the US military to take over Greenland and the Panama Canal. Now he's planning to march in and take over Gaza. I look forward to Bucky posting a tiktok showing Trump telling the world that he was going to be the president of peace, and that he deserved the Nobel Peace prize. I also expect that the US will no longer criticise China's 9 dash line claiming sovereignty over the South China Sea. I mean, that would be hypocritical wouldn't it?
-
Perhaps he had trouble getting up and down the stairs at Freshboys. 😂
-
So basically, this is a tiktok glorifying and justifying bullying. And, as for Trump never losing, he's been bankrupt at least 6 times, lost the 2020 election, lost the house while he was potus, has had numerous businesses fail (Trump vodka, Trump steaks, Trump University, the New Jersey football team, casinos (WTF?? How can a casino fail?), Trump board game, tour de Trump cycle race, Trump Airlines, a mortgage company, Trump Travel, Trump Magazine,... You sure know how to pick 'em, Bucky!
-
Wrong tiktok, Bucky. I didn't mention 'lawfare' - I asked for a tiktok where Hegseth's ignorance and inexperience was highlighted in the confirmation hearing. Please try again.
-
Bucky, don't forget to post a tiktok of Hegseth's confirmation hearing where his lack knowledge regarding Asean and his total lack of experience in running a large corporation are evident,

Surely this Trump madness can't continue. Maga morons may be uneducated, unsophisticated and gullible, but they might see the light when the tariffs see a substantial increase in the cost of living and inflation. Its way more than just the price of eggs. It could be the start of a backlash against all this insanity.
