Someone posted on our neighborhood app that he'd received a cold call from someone telling him his AC system needed replacing and the caller's company could offer him a really good deal. He wondered if it really was a good deal. As expected, many posters responded that it was obviously a scam. One neighbor's post asked how could the OP not immediately realize the call was a scam, and then stated the OP must be a Republican. It's funny because it seems like such a likely observation. Scammers don't do this for fun. They do it to make money. Who is dumb enough to believe the scammer? Trumpanzees, of course.
