I stayed at the Quarter Silom for three days earlier this month. There is one stunningly cute twink boy working reception. I noticed him immediately and had to force myself to not stare 🫣. Later that evening after checking in, HE messaged me on grindr. We talked and made plans to get food soon but could not hookup until I moved to my next hotel (Voco). I was quite busy entertaining new friends and neglected to follow through with our dinner plans. When I moved hotels I messaged him to invite him over but he was now apprehensive. Apparently, he asked his coworkers about me and they compared notes to determine I had brought 4 boys to my room for fun 😭. Little did they know I had made friends with some fellow hotel guests so their estimate was a little low. I always assumed that hotel staff didn't really pay attention since there is so much debaucher going on but apparently they do notice everything and will gossip. While the idea of meeting a cute hotel worker is appealing it might be more trouble than it's worth.

Hi All, I'm currently taking some time off from work and find myself bouncing around Australia at the moment. Melbourne was quite fun with all the international college students. I just arrived to Sydney. I'm hoping to get some recommendations for make the most of my experience here.

I would definitely get a few drinks at Valour Bangkok on Soi 4. I enjoyed the cocktails and people watching from a comfortable space. It's a smaller bar and the staff are very inviting and do their best create a nice vibe by socializing and often introduceing guests to each other. They also have a nicely air conditioned inside area for the hot season and karaoke.

I assume that all the staff are quite used to the question so they will take no offense. I am curious to see what more experienced members think. There is a particular waiter at Stranger Bar that checks all my boxes.

The menu is rather limited (no espresso, smoothies, fruit bowls) but I found the American breakfast to be quite good and better than the similar offering at Breakfast Story.

I've never been to Good Boy bar. How does it compare to Fresh Boys? Tonight is my last night in Bangkok. I would like to explore some new bars.
