The concept of the Male Escort Review was started way before the site came into existence. It started back in the 1990's when I owned an escort agency in New York and one day we got a review for a boy named Justin on a site named: Male 4 Male Escorts. Knowing a good thing, I started to work on a competing site. I hired programmers to make a site that would be better, fast and more features. They did and it was great. In the meantime, I had been advertising on Hoo's site and it was bringing in good business for me. I had a call asking me to meet with Hooboy and I did and we instantly became friends. In my tiny little NYC apartment filled with hookers, clients and people who love twinks, a friendship was born and I held back on launching my site. Years later, Hoo died and I decided that I would get back into the concept, but I knew that I needed the smartest and most intelligent and honorable man I knew to help and I contacted TampaYankee. From there, we were off and running! Mistakes were made. Feuds on the board came and went but all the time, the site kept going and the idea of having a safe place for clients and escorts to discuss the business has always been here. We went from a simple place to meet escorts to a true place where amazing information is gathered and disseminated. Tampa retired this year. I moved away from the admin roles on the site and a new team took over running the site. Still, after all these years, I find this place home and a place that I visit daily and laugh at the silliness of some of the posts and ooggle of the photos in other posts. For many of the hotels in Thailand, they do charge for the 3rd person but that is always negotiable. For example, I have always negotiated what they normally change (I think 1500 or 2000) per night to 1,000 per night to include breakfast buffet, a rollaway bed and Executive Lounge privilages. That may be what it has come to in the end, but initially, it was started to try to leverage the mid 6 figures that Hooboy made yearly from the site. That was the initial thrust when Daddy tried to just confiscate the original domain name from Hooboy. That did not work out like he wanted as I had access and I locked him out to let Hoo's estate determine the fate of the site. That did not work out as I planned as I wanted Hoo's boyfriend to get the site. I didn't realize the family was a bunch of homophobic twats whose religion allowed them to make money for a few years and then just close the site. But, in the beginning, Daddy was not trying to just meet him boys. He had Richy Rich on his mind.
