  1. I honestly thought this tread was very kind in its treatment of the issues Daddy is having. I did see a few posts which pushed the boundaries but they were only a few. There were many posts which were silly and meant to be funny and I see no issue with those at all. This thread has gotten over 10 Reports and requests for me to close it based on: "we should not allow discussion of the other site here." That is absurd. As I have said, few threads here are ever deleted and they have to be over the top for anyone to delete them. This one does not broach that threshold yet. I realize that some see any discussion of Daddy as a negative discussion as he does not have his supporters here to blow sunshine up our ass. However, this thread is open. Blow sunshine away. I have praised Daddy in the past and I wish him well during his hospital stay and his server issues. I do find it all slightly comical that no one should be allowed to talk about it though. And, if others did not roll on the floor laughing at the meat grinder photo, you may need to have your funny bone checked.
  2. Great. Is it a Dirty Little Secret? Or, at least a pretty little secret? I am only teasing. I respect you keeping private what others tell you in private. I think it is just the two of us on this thread. So, please don't tell anyone that I am actually a big bottom who loves to wear diapers and be spanked while on a carousel.
  3. Thanks. CharliePS. I was only saying that, according to others, he owns his own servers as opposed to paying a monthly fee for them. If that is the case, when issues happen, unless he has arrangements with the hosting company, he has to fix them on his own. Most companies do not do maintenance on other people's servers. This is not about Daddy. But, this is for anyone who has a website and wishes to host anywhere for anything whether business or private: Do not use your own servers. Rent them. Lease them. And, do so from a company that has outstanding tech support. I have had thousands of issues over the years and without a good tech support staff, I would have been dead in the water. This is no slam on Daddy or anyone else. It is simple business advice. This site is hosted in a place that is expensive and has great support staff. I have other Word Press sites that are hosted at GoDaddy or BlueHost or others and there is no comparison with regard to the level of support. When you have so many choices as we all do, choose the one that best takes care of you in the end. I often tell my family that if I get sick that I want to be transported to Thailand for surgery, recovery or my death bed. Why? The level of care is far superior to anything out there and I love being taken care of. The same is true with hosting. I want a company that takes care of issues as fast as possible. That does not mean things still cannot get fucked up really fast. They can. But, you can only prepare so much. I did not know where Daddy hosts. Who hosts his sites. If he owns his sites or anything else. And, honestly, I really don't care. But, I think when sites go down for days at time, that we all must look at the situation and say to ourselves, "why did this happen and how could be be resolved?" Why you ask? These are Daddy's sites you say. Yes, I know. But, the sites rely on content that is given by others and those others are your shareholders and they deserve to be in the loop. That is just my opinion and I know that opinions are like assholes and everyone has them. But, that is mine.
  4. Oh, I didn't pick up on that post. So sorry. I am not sure why anyone would want to keep their own server these days. Most companies are moving to "cloud" servers. I lease servers but the cloud scares me as it is not something I know. Daddy is a bit older than me and he might feel the same way about having his server in another location not in his personal control. We all come to the table with different needs and preferences and I don't know Daddy's. I do know I would never trust my own sites not have a backup in a different location than the main server. I am sure that after this experience, he will most likely change things a bit. And, JKane, you are a sly one.
  5. Steven knows. It is top secret. He could tell you, but then he would have to kill you.
  6. Having run many websites over 20 years I can tell you that sometimes shit happens and not much you can do about it. I learned way back to make sure we had a backup and it could be resolved to solve any issues with servers. That costs a bit more than a typical server but in the end, I found it invaluable. Most servers offer backups and Daddy should be able to request a restore from his. If the back up is corrupted, that is another issue. But, if it was being backed up from the hosting company, they should resolve this for him. A great deal about service depends on your provider. I use to go cheap to save money but there were tons of issues. For over 10 years now, I have had the most expensive hosting company in USA. The reason is service. They have fanatical support and will put you in touch with a level 2 tech 24 hours a day when I call. Yes, a bit overkill for some but for me, it took away a great many headaches and stress. Now, I am not saying this is what Daddy should have done. I am only say that for those of you out there that see his issues, you must know this happens and if you plan ahead and get a good hosting company, you won't go through what Daddy is going through right now. I have done it in the past and do not wish to ever do it again.
  7. Adam, that is without a doubt, the single most disturbing image I have seen in 2014!
  8. LOL Well, if you said it, it would not bother me. But, I guess my beliefs have changed over the years and churches have been such a distant memory that I just have a hard time listening to people who thinking praying to God will help then win a reality show on TV.
  9. Oh dear. A blood infection. Horrible. I am sorry to hear this and wish him well.

  13. Many boys seem to live their privacy when they get ready for an encounter. I always let them have the bathroom all to themselves and do not rush them. After sex, I usually shower with them. So, for me it is usually 2 showers. One before: alone One after: together I know many like the sexiness of showering with a guy and I do too. I will normally only do this at a massage place. But, I also have been with many boys and they all seem to prefer to get showered in the beginning alone.
  14. No need to apologize. All sites run well only when members see something wrong and point it out. When a site is built, the code usually works well. But, then all these other factors change and with with change to java script or a browser or a new OS or new devices like tablets and phones, the code must be constantly tweaked. When I first got into website construction, there was really only one browser and that was Internet Explorer. Man on man how times have changed. BTW: welcome to the site!
  15. I love Ultimate Fighting. This guy is pretty damn bold!
  16. The error on the Contact Us page is an issue with code. The programmers have been told about it and it will be fixed. I don't know about the phone number working or not.
  17. The Federal Count struck down the Virginia ban on gay marriage. The numbers are piling up on our site and this pretty much ensures a Supreme Court decision on the final resolution to this issue. Congrats Virginia!
  18. Until this week, I thought it might be Zach. But, he turned crazy. Not sure he will make it after the shit he has pulled. Frankie is too much for me. Donnie reminds me of family. The Church Lady is sweet but if I hear ore more Praise God, I'm going to throw up. The little Jewish American Princess I am rooting for but she will have to stand alone as they don't like her for some reason. I agree the detective will be in the end. With who? I don't know yet. But, those girls are really stupid! 4 of them put up this week and they don't realize they are being picked off one by one?
  19. The only thing I keep there that belongs to me is some stuff for the kitchen and a bicycle and motorcycle. My BF has those things and keeps, uses and sometimes sells or modifies the motorbike. Funny, the kitchen stuff is always in pristine condition and untouched.
  20. I go to Thailand for months at a time. I do stay in nice hotels and have been often chastised because of this. I guess it is hard for me to see any of my trips as bragging when often the total cost of my hotels is often less than 100 USD per night. IMHO, that is good business and not "flaunting ones money." I am in the USA right now and visiting family for one month. I am staying in a Holiday Inn Express and the cost is 143.00 per night. Based on my last stay in Bangkok of 90,000 per month (less than 100 per night), I was saving nearly 1/3 per night staying at The Ascott. And, while saving money, I also had a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen. In other words, I didn't think spending 100 a night is boastful or rubbing anything in someone's face. I think staying for less than 100 per night is a really sweet deal. As for me taking too many bags with me, I live in hotels year round. Thus, I have most of everything I own to travel with me. I am sure if most of you packed up everything you own, it would be more than 7 bags of stuff. I learned a long time back to try my best to save money when traveling and thus why I use miles to upgrade to business class. I can think of only one time in 5 years that I paid full price for a business class fare. I watch the message boards, forums, etc related to travel and I try to find good deals. I really do never mean to sound like I am bragging when I travel, I do think that good information about travel costs is important. It is relevant to me when I read it and I hope relevant to others when they read some. Bob, I really do not mean to sound like I live a glamorous life. I life a life where I am constantly trying to find good deals for long stays. I have done this for years and years and I'll keep doing it as long as I can. If I come across as anything other than trying to give information, then I do apologize for that. I am sure that your friends that don't talk about these things are much more entertaining than I am. But, I grew up poor white trailer trash and for me to stay in a 5 star hotel for 100 USD per night, makes me feel like I won the lottery! I try not to leave my beer cans on the sofa when I travel but from time to time, I forget my manners.
  21. Anyone watching this show? So far I think it is pretty darn good. I like the storyline. It is about a cop in LA who has been raised by a Latin gang. He is nurtured throughout his life to be their undercover guy in the police department. Interesting story.
  22. vinapu, I agree with your comments. The sad thing is that while the boys wages are not going in the money boy venues, their cost of living still increases. Rents have gone up. Food has gone up. Taxes have gone up. It takes more to pull yourself out of poverty than it did for me. I grew up very poor and knew that the only way out of poverty was an education. I was lucky that I was able to pick a good school, get scholarships and work 60 hours a week to pay for school to help me in my future. I don't know many who can do that these days. Esp. in the USA. But, even in Thailand, if you look at the boys in the bars, they are not going to get rich off of their jobs. They may make better if they are offed multiple times per week but heck, if a boy makes 15k per month and then pays all his expenses, he is left with very little.
  23. LOL If your friends don't travel with 15 bags perhaps you are hanging out with the wrong wealthy friends.
  24. I do know that you are not alone in your opinion. Like you, I just happen to disagree. When I read a travel report, I like to get the details. It is not about how much or how little someone spends, but it does give others a good idea of what someone who wishes to plan a trip that is similar will spend. I don't expect everyone that reads any of my reports to stay in the same hotels, etc. but I do find value in that information. You, being an expat that lives in Thailand, do not find the information relevant for yourself. That is OK. But, for those that might want to make a similar trip, I think some will find the details interesting. Since I have been posting on this board, I have tried my best not to give details of how much I pay or tip for boys services. I do however give hotels, restaurants, bar fees, etc. You may find all of that info useless. I am not offended by anyone who finds it useless. However, I know there are some that find the information relevant to them. And, regardless of how it may come across, I keep posting and contributing.
