  1. I think he is a douchebag. And, I hope that everyone is able to see Romney's pick for what it was; his move to the extreme nut side of his party. I don't think it was a pick for looks or for anything other than to show how far Mitt is really willing to go to win this election. If the Devil offered him a deal, he would gladly sell his soul.
  2. I learned that after one thread about Ben starts to die down, I get sad and depressed and have the desire to start a new one. Damn it. How can I overcome this addiction?
  3. Something like this?
  4. Vicious. Do I smell a cat fight in this toilet thread?
  5. LOL A bit rough? Yeah, I guess that is true.
  6. One bag is my computer. One is my office. Two are for clothes, etc. One is for camera equipment. I usually can't fit it all in and thus I take a few more for the ride. Yes, I agree it is insane. I have tried so hard to stop and I keep double clothes everywhere I go. I just seem to keep adding to them. I just tested bringing my blender and coffee machine and it will end up taking one suitcase (hard cover pelican case). That makes 6. Now I only have one to put all the extra shit in that I know need but can't not bring.
  7. I have mine checked each time as I usually have to have a porter to help me. It has to look odd for them to have someone with so much luggage and that normally deserves a check. When I was traveling with my 3 dogs, it was even worst.
  8. I traveled last trip on Korean Air and I LOVED it. I spent around 4500 USD for the ticket and I don't mind doing that for every trip. However, as I am now looking again for tickets for the future, I can't seem to find anything for less than 5500. That is 1k more than I am willing to pay. Here is the main issue. I travel with 7 bags. If I take Korean, I only get 2 free and the other 5 cost 1,000. If I use Delta, I can take more bags for lower price as I am a professional photographer in USA and have ID for discount rates for Delta or American. Basically, 50 USD for every bag. That is a savings of over 650. But, I don't have status on American and Delta is too damn expensive for Business. If either let me go for Business Class one way for 2500, I'd do it but that charge the same price for that as they do for round-trip. I may do the Economy Comfort but I don't know how comfortable I'll be in that. I am a big guy and I do enjoy the space of Business. I could book 2 seats and that is easy and costs about 3800 for 2 seats on either airline but what the cost gets so close to the Business Class seats, I usually just go ahead and book the business class ticket. I can travel from Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta or Los Angeles very easily. Any suggestions?
  9. I have read up on the legal requirements on what I am allowed to bring into Thailand as "household goods" and what I am not. However, I am not sure if I am just bringing a blender and and Express machine over as part of my luggage if it will be an issue? I don't want issue and I normally travel with many bags anyway. I just won't want to bring a nice my favorite 2 things over on my next trip. Any suggestions or advice is most appreciated.
  10. Ty and I had an interesting discussion a few weeks back and he sent me an email tell me what he would like to see in a new logo. He said: "As a logo I envision three male silhouettes, one in a pin-stripe suit with a Fedora (shot half or 3/4 length) maybe holding a martini, the second a jock in a muscle shirt with a head band and football type pants holding a football, the third is what we have been calling a mink - sort a little beyond twinky with a hint of muscular definition, with an athletic or loose T-shrit, shorts and skateboard. The images would be half or 3/4 body shots or maybe a mix depending on how they look in layout. There may be better choices but I had a theme in mind that embraced elegance, strength and playfulness. " With that, I worked with a guy I know very well who draws and paints for me and this is what he came up with. What do you think?
  11. I am happy about this. But, I will always get room upgrades but not always to a 1 bedroom suite. The Intercontinental always upgrades me to a 1 bedroom suite. Even in Paris and NYC, I get the nice rooms. I hope Marriott starts to do this as well. If they did, I'd have no use for Intercon.
  12. You have got me all hot and bothered. Can I bring a camera? Seriously, Gaybutton, if anyone takes a shit, they should always take a candle with them. I am not a drinker so I forgo the wine but I do occasionally take a magazine in with me.
  13. LOL I guess I never really picked up on the term. I do understand the word toilets. That is an easy one. As for what one finds romantic, it is all in the eye of the beholder. Some like ladyboys and some the opposite. Some like romantic dinners and the boyfriend experience and some like public sex in toilets. I do remember George Michael getting into a bit of hot water based on that. When I was first coming out in NYC, the toilet and video booth scene was very popular especially around the Times Square area. I have many friends who prefer that to having someone over to their place. It does not bother me in the least. Nor does sex in a sauna. For me, it is just each his own desire. If a public toilet gets someone off or a mile high club or a sex sauna, it don't bother me at all.
  14. What is cottaging?
  15. Maybe it is just me, but I love to watch hard core action flicks. But, when I do, I have ZERO desire to dive fast, shoot up the city or anything else.
  16. Thanks for the heads up on the scene in Pattaya. You are usually spot on in your assessment. It is good to have someone with so much knowledge of the scene give us a heads up. Thanks.
  17. I had not see that article. Thank you!
  18. Thank you for keeping us up to date with all the latest info in Brazil! Much appreciated.
  19. Holy Shit. I watched it. Insanity!
  20. Judith Crist one of America’s most widely read film critics for more than three decades and a provocative presence in millions of homes as a regular reviewer on the “Today” show, died Tuesday at her home in Manhattan. She was 90. Her death was confirmed by her son, Steven. Ms. Crist came to prominence when film was breaking with the conventions of the Hollywood studio era while experiencing a resurgence in popularity. She championed a new generation of American directors like Steven Spielberg and Woody Allen and new actors like Robert De Niro and Faye Dunaway. Her commentary had many homes: The New York Herald Tribune, where she was the first woman to be made a full-time critic for a major American newspaper; New York magazine, where she was the founding film critic; and TV Guide, which most defined her to readers. Her reviews appeared there for 22 years at a time when the magazine reached a peak readership of more than 20 million. She was the “Today” show’s first regular movie critic, a morning fixture on NBC from 1963 to 1973. And she wrote for Saturday Review, Gourmet and Ladies’ Home Journal. A Harris Poll of moviegoers in the 1960s cited her as their favorite critic. When TV Guide decided to dismiss her in 1983 to replace her column with a computerized movie summary, executives told her that they might beg her to return in six months. The magazine was deluged with letters and asked her back three weeks later. She was given a raise and stayed until 1988. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/08/08/movies/judith-crist-film-critic-dies-at-90.html?pagewanted=all
  21. When you say at the corner of Sathorn and Rama which place is this in? I lived in that area and I guess I missed it. I know there is a big gym in the building next to the subway. How close is this new hotel to that area?
  22. If I woke up to Hunter each day, I don't think I'd ever get out of bed! I love his new video!

  25. Ya know, I just hate when they do this. I hate when they do it with apple from .mac to .me to .icloud. I hate it with hotmail now. Yeah, I'll get use to it. I just hate that years ago I had the chance to buy gmail.com and I didn't. (head slap)
