Chances of winning legal court case against money boy?
paulsf replied to abidismaili's topic in Gay Thailand
I dont think it's a problem that you asked the question, but there are now 2 pages of everyone disagreeing with you. Maybe you feel it's a good idea to take a boy to court. At this point what answer are you looking for, from a forum full of people that have said they wouldn't ? -
The Soi Twilight massage places charge 1200 for an off. There is a boy I see quite often at Hero, I have had him come to my apartment a couple of times. But he gets off usually around 8 and then we meet up, so I don't know what the official policy is. I agree with Divinemadman, the boys at Adonis used to bring it up regularly. I do out calls.

I head home next Tuesday after two months here. I need to get back and see what's going on before I set dates for return. Probably a couple of weeks in Sept and some time between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
-
I have always stayed at the Marriott till my last trip a few weeks ago, only because they were full. The location and amenities are great. I've never been questioned taking a boy up to the room .
-
I was at Madrid yesterday evening. 3 rd time on thus trip from recommendations of the postings here.

He's not my hunky regular boy. Mine never wears underwear

We spent all our time in Hanoi, in the city. Next trip I would like to see the surrounding area a bit. My friend wants to go to Halong Bay for a few days. That will probably happen. Better to do more towards summer. It looks beautiful In Thailand I still would like to get to Chang Mai. Then maybe Cambodia. A lot still depends on getting my bad leg fixed and more pain free mobility. It's just frustrating to not be able to walk more than a few blocks. I've been happy with the time I spent in Bangkok, but the trip to Hanoi got me wanting more again.
-
Thank you for the kind words. You know, you should never go back and read a long post you did yesterday. Auto-correct really makes you look bad.
-
Alizizou, it's really sad that a boys look can make you vomit. We are all born different and not as obviously as beautiful as you must be. It's not our fault how we look.

We stayed at the. Essence Palace Hotel. They have 3 hotels very close to each other. This is the newest and closet to Hoan Kiem Lake. www.essencehanoihotel.com. I was told if you book directly thru them, you get free breakfast. Nice little perk.

Our hotel was in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It's about a 35 block area full of restaurants, bars and tourist shops. Narrow streets but great fun to wonder around. We headed out to eat. We didn't get very far when he started talking to the manager of a restaurant. Next thing I know we are seated and he is ordering. He ordered pasta for me because it was the only western option they had. I have no idea what he had, but he was liking it. We wandered around for a few hours. A drink here a drink there. The city doesn't seem to stay awake as late a Bangkok. Seemed by 11 or so, it was quite quiet. Off to bed. The next day I ordered a full day private tour. It was a bit expensive by Vietnam standards. Got mini-van and driver. English speaking tour guide. Included all admissions and lunch. $175 for 2 people. But because it was private we could dictate time and a couple of other things to see. Saw most of the major sights. Biggest dissapointment was not being able to get into the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. Went by it, but the lines were huge and a long walk to get there. My legs were saying, it ain't going to happen. Seems schools were out and thousands of school kids go to see Uncle Ho. I asked tour guide if they were required to go. She said no, but her body language told me otherwise. We saw a few museums and the prison that held Americans during Vietnam War. John McCain is the highlight of this place. It's said Vietnam holds no grudge against Americans now, but touring the prison would leave you to believe otherwise. His name was dropped at least 10 times. Lunch was interesting. Tour guide usually takes you to a tourist type restaurant. But I wasn't eating and she wanted to take my friend to a favorite Vietnamese restaurant of hers. So we crossed town, which I liked. I loved driving around the city. Went into a little restaurant where they just ate away. He said it was great. We started about 9am. We saw about everything I wanted by about 3, .so I told guide, time to wrap it up. Back to hotel. Driving around Hanoi is not something any of us could do. Basically there are no traffic rules. I found it fastinating . Walking is even a bigger challenge. You just start walking, hold onto each other and hope for the best. They love their horns. It's how they survive. One the fun things that happened....the hotel staff and tour guide, believed my friend was a vip or wealthy Vietnamese. He lives and works in Bangkok. (Of course they don't know what he does.) He flew to Hanoi in Business. I let him handle the money, so they always saw him with a pile of cash. He just seemed so International. The hotel staff was honored he was staying in their hotel. They don't get Vietnamese customers. He must have talked to everybody that worked there. He said it was the longest conversations he has had in a year in his language. He is fluent in Thai and uses that here in Bangkok. Everything went well. We saw a lot in a short trip. They people were very friendly and much less pushy than in Bangkok. You can see it's just on the edge of some good economic things happening. I have seen on tv ads in Bangkok and in Hanoi. Barney Frank is heading up a group of world business leaders next month for the largest business symposium Vietnam has ever had. Time to go back to Bangkok yesterday. He throws a curve at me. As long as I am here, do you mind if I go spend a couple of days with my family and take bus back to Bangkok. Not really a big deal. Easy for me, I'm still flying. He now has a 24 hour bus trip. Again hotel is amazing. He asked asst manager how far bus station is. But the time they got done, they had made reservation and printed ticket for him. Then called taxi. Of course they put price of ticket on my bill. It was only $9. I used miles for his plane ticket. Called, cancelled his seat and got my miles back. As I type this at 1:30 am, he is on a bus someplace in Laos. He mentioned I go with him. That wasn't going to happen. When I left Hanoi, it was about 60 degrees and raining. When I got off the plane in Bangkok, it was 101 degrees. That 60 felt great. All in all I loved every minute. I've been around a lot of the world and Hanoi is so much different than anywhere I've been. We will defiantly go back at some point and explore some more. I have an American friend in town. He went to Saigon for a few days. He liked it so much, he extended and then went up to Hanoi. Overall his trip became 2weeks. I weigh I could have stayed long, but have something to look forward to.

I'm down to the last two weeks of my 8 week trip to Bangkok. I've had a great time. Not a lot to post about as I've just been hanging out with friends. I'll probably do a last minute rush to a few massage palors as time winds down. One thing I wanted to do on this trip was explore outside of Bangkok with the extra time. It didn't really happen as many friends were around and I just stayed busy. But the one trip I really did want to do was to Vietnam. My BF is Vietnamese. He is from Hue in the central part of the country. I wanted to go to Hanoi and he had never been there. So we started planning. Qatar Airways is part of One World and I have a bunch of American Airlines miles. I was able to get 2 business class seats for the dates we wanted. It's only a 90 minute flight and my friend has never been on a plane before. So it was fun. I got a hotel recommendation from Firecat. Tuned out to be great. A newer boutique type with great location. We were able to use the Cathay Pacific lounge at the Bangkok airport. Flight was a bit delayed so great place to hang out. Time to go. My friend couldn't understand why 250 people boarding and yet only 5 people in business. He couldn't figure out where all those people went. It was kind of funny. They served a snack and then he discovered the seat became a bed. It was lights out for an hour. Hanoi has a new airport. It was very quiet when we arrived and we were thru immigration in minutes. I got a visa in Bangkok. A little expensive at $65. For 30 days. But better than standing in line for visa on arrival. I don't know how they do it but luggage was waiting for us when we got to baggage claim. Hotel arranged a car. $18. For 40 kilometer ride. Ride to city was interesting. Lots of rice fields and wide open spaces. You keep looking for city skyline, but then realize there really isn't one. It appears that a few new high rise apartment buildings are going up. But just a few, maybe 20 story buildings. Seems like the biggest buildings are western hotels. They built a new highway from the airport to the city limits. Then it begins. There is no highway system in the city. Not so many cars as in most crowed cities, but the barrage of motor bikes begins, it's amazing. I was told average of 2 bikes per family. There are no traffic rules. Bikes just come at you from every direction. But these people grow up with this system and it works for them. Very few traffic lights, and they don't mean anything. People just drive and don't stop. We got to the hotel without any incidents. Don't know how. Arrival at hotel is a team effort. Customer service is huge. 2 guys come and get our bags. Asst Manager greets us at the door. They take passports then direct us to sitting area. Tea and hot towels. Then asst manager comes with paperwork and keys. He explains the hotel to us. My friend speaks very little English so I asked if manager would explain in Vietnamese. They got along just swell. My conversation was 5 minutes, his was 15 . Don't know what they talked about, but they were having a good time. Were introduced to guy at travel desk. I booked a day tour of the city for next day. More about that later. On a side note... staff we dealt with at check in were really hot guys. I would say all 30 and under Asst manager took us to our room. I booked a junior suite. It appeared to be just a regular room. Though a very nice room with large bathroom. I found out they call it Jr Suite because of the amenities. We had balcony, a lap top, a mini bar that was free and restocked each day and breakfast buffet was included. $85. Rooms without amenities started at $45. I was very happy with what we got for what I paid. We arrived at the hotel about 4pm. My friend didn't sleep the night before so asked if he could nap for about 2 hours. No problem. Gave me a little time to explore the hotel a bit. 6:30 he is up and we get ready to head out. I'm not big into Asian foods so I let him pick out the places he wanted to eat. He lives in Bangkok so eats Thai all the time. So it was his time to get all his favorites while in his country. The money situation is crazy. $100 US is 2.2 million Vietnam Dong. I just let him hold the money and pay for everything. He would just convert it into Thai Baht for me so I knew what was going on. It was great having him on the trip with me as a person, but the fact he speaks the language made the trip so much more fun. It's 9pm here now and a friend just called to go out to dinner, so will finish up with the rest when I get back.

I was told 300 at the 7-11 across the street from my apartment in Bangkok.
-
That's disappointing. It was the first massage place I went to on my first trip to Bangkok. I hadn't made it over there on this trip, but was planning on it next week. I had some great times there. You could see business slowing down though. I used to see 25 boys there. This past year it was more like 10. That's a bit of a high rent neighborhood , so that may have had something to do with.

I don't hang out in Pattaya much, but was there last weekend. I enjoyed the Boyz Boyz Boyz show. Lots of hot guys. And all types, so someone for everyone. In Bangkok, I like the show at Fresh Boys. It's very high energy, lots of very hot guys.
-
I just ran into this situation. I buy 1-2 call at the 7-11 across the street from my apartment in Bangkok. I usually get 100. I went in earlier this week and they told me they only have 300 baht top up. There was a line of people so I didn't stay to ask about it. I went a block over to Family Mart and they had 100 or 200 cards. I'm trying to find out but have language issues. Only the manager speaks some English and I haven't seen him this week.

Hot Male 10:30 show is their long show. About an hour. Other 2 about 1/2 hour. I think Divinemadman is right on the rest. First shows longer than late shows. Drinks at Hot Male a bargain at 380.
-
Hot Male does 3 shows. 9:30, 10:30, 12:30 Fresh Boys. 10:00, 11:55

Just got back from a weekend in Pattaya with the BF. Just a little fun weekend getaway. I haven't been in a couple of years, but read all the trip reports here and figured it was time to take a little trip. Im on a two month trip to Bangkok this time and figured it was a good weekend fo get out of the city. While I wanted to hang around Boyztown , it wasn't a weekend to off boys. Made a reservation at View Talay 6 and used Limo-Pattaya for transportation. Driver was right on time Friday afternoon. Good drive, only a couple of bad spots in construction areas. Took 2-1/2 hours. 1500 baht. Checked in. We got a King room on the 25th floor with ocean view. Kitchenette and big shower. Loved the view from balcony. Big oversized chairs. Being 25 floors up and ocean breezes, very tolerable sitting outside after sun goes down. My friend works 2 jobs, so is used to sleeping during the afternoon. Sure enough, lays on the bed and is out for 3 hours. Fine with me, I hit up the pool. After he got up, head over to Central Festiveal Mall.hit up the food court for dinner. Finally enough watching the bright lights of the city from the balcony. Catch a baht bus that got slower and slower as we headed down Beach Road. Figure it's Friday and lots of traffic. Got just past the Marriott and figured it was time to walk. Lots of pedestrian and vehicle traffic . We finally made it to Boyztown . Because it wasn't a sex weekend, I didn't take many mental notes. We walked around a bit , me admiring all the cute boys trying to lure us into bars or for a massage, and my friend doing his best to be having as much fun as me. He knew before we left that this is all I wanted to do, I gave him the option to stay in Bangkok, but he wanted to go. He was great though. Always there and engaged . Headed over to Panorama to sit and watch the world go by. Seemed to be lots of people out and about, but bars weren't really full.i knew there had been some changes in the area since I was there last. For me, some ok, some not. I remember Panorama always had some really cute of offable waiters. Friday night only 3 older waiters. Saturday night was a bit better, but not by much. I always liked the show at the Copa. I was surprised to see its now open air and strange seating inside. The B-Bpys put on a show outside BoyzBoyzBoyz. Lots of fun, and they seemed to do quite well passing the hats. I've read about them many times on the forums here, but first time seeing them. My friend really like them. Decided to see show at Copa Friday and do BoyzBoyz on Saturday. Copa show was still fun, but doesn't seem much different than it was 2 years ago. Just seemed strange sitting there watching people walking up and down the street with open air concept. I remember Fri/Sat used to be packed. Not so much now. About 15 customers. Drink prices are great, especially when used to Soi Twilight. Both Panorama and Copa were 160 . It was fun getting change when paying with 1000 . After we left, time to feed my friend again. Where do these boys put all this food. All of a sudden it's 2am and time to head to hotel. Saturday morning brings a trip to lobby coffee shop. Bring back coffee and pastries to room and sit on balcony watching the boats, talking a bit and him finally finding a movie on my IPad. Great lazy weekend. Sometimes I forget. I'm retired so no long weeks of work. He works 2 jobs, so weekend away from city and work is great for kicking back and relaxing. I get some more pool time in while he watches movie. Time to feed him again. He did some googling and found a restaurant next door. Japanese. He loves seafood. Not me. It's one of those places where the food is on a conveyor belt passing all the tables. Amazing. Place is packed. These people are packing away this food as fast as the kitchen can replace it on the belt. I didn't eat, just sat and watched. I think it was 450 baht. Now it hits him how much he has been eating. No gym at hotel, so he hits up the pool for about an hour of laps. Saturday night brings us back to Boystown . Same same. Baht bus makes it to about the Marriott and traffic just stops. We walk the rest of the way. Back to Panorama for drinks before BBB's show. Bars much more crowed tonight. More staff, lots of hot boys roaming around. Got there when the BBB were doing their street greeting. Heard about it, and I find it a nice touch. Have heard a lot about their show and it's time to head in. I'm very mixed on it. Some good, nothing bad, but I found the whole place in a bit of disconnect. I think the large crowd made things difficult. We got there 10 minutes before show time. No seats except a couple at the bar. Many wait staff running around. Boys coming off stage, customers still coming in, just impossible to move. Everybody is in high gear trying to find places for customers to be. Sitting at bar, we could see ok, but wait staff were rushed in getting drinks and trying to squeeze between the few customers sitting there. Screaming drink orders, trying to get drink slips. Bar tender was trying best to get them in a line at one end, but no chance. I made a fun experience out of it. A cute waiter kept coming where I was and reaching around me and over me and yet trying not to block my view. I told him it was ok, because he was so cute. He laughed and rubbed my knee. Within a 1/2 hour we were rubbing more than knees. He wasn't my waiter, but I probably tipped him better than anybody else did. My friend was smiling at it all and at one point said to me, no 3ways tonight. I was a little dissapointed in the show. I think I expected more . The B-boys did a show. That was great. But again when passing hat after show, they go into the crowd, boys coming onstage, to many customers. Just not an inch to move. A Chinese tour group of all women was there. Almost all of them had a boy sitting with them. Surprised at that. My friend saw a boy working there that he used to work with at Hot Male in Bangkok. He was sitting with one of these woman. He finally saw my friend and came over. They talked for awhile. In Thai so have no idea what was said, but boy kept glancing at me. I asked if his friend was looking for 3-way. He just said again , no 3-ways . Ok, I got it. There were some really hot boys working there. If I was alone, I would have had no problem offing someone. More midnight snacks and back to hotel for bed. Trip home today was fast and easy. No traffic. A little less than 2 hours. We left at 11. Driver said he was happy as two hours later it would be bumper to bumper. I know for most of you, this is a pretty boring report. But all in all, we had a great time. No pressure to be anywhere, just hanging out together. Lots of food and drink. For me, a great getaway weekend, Next week we are headed to Hanoi for a few days of sightseeing. Not a city with the Bangkok bar scene, so we will have to make our own evening fun. Again probably no 3-ways.
-
Thanks for the report. Sounds like your off to a great start. You mentioned something I had to learn to adjust to on my trips. I like to end up my evening with an off. I didn't want to off a boy till midnight or so. I'd say cute boy, will come back later. Come back and he's gone. If you see a hot boy you want, take him. Have him hang around with you. Your at the Meridian. It's easy to take them back, have fun, then head out again for a second helping, unless your looking for an overnighter.

Which is harder, putting together the spread sheet, or running around to all the massage palors doing research ?
-
He posts this, whoa is me, and sits back and laughs all the way to the bank as his deciples fall all over themselves trying to figure out the best way to shower him with money. I've followed that site since the Hooboy days. A couple of weeks ago I sent an email questioning something. First time I have ever done anything like that. The venom that came back was unbelievable. How dare I ask a question. He made grandma at her worst seem like a Nun. He was definitely off his medal. Now he sends a message begging for money.
-
If you take a boy on vacation, they LOVE retail therapy . I'm finally getting out of Bangkok this weekend and headed to Pattaya. Then in 2 weeks we are headed to Hanoi. I told him he only gets to shop in one city. He's Vietnamese so is going to wait for Hanoi shopping spree.

Vinapu, don't feel bad. I have stayed at the Marriott several times and talked to people that were staying there and had no idea it was a mall connected to the hotel.
