She insisted her run down property was perfect for investment bankers with deep pockets. I pointed out that this part of Earls Ct was considered a bit sleazy for many and her property needed major work to bring it to standard for that market. And that there was a male brothel next door (Earls Court Clinique - for those that remember). She acted horrified.
