I just emailed all my CL fuckbudies or potentials my direct email address in case CL stops passing emails.  

I'll really miss the ability to post what I'm looking for, or for a guys to describe themselves at least a bit, and to initially communicate via email.  BP is pretty lacking in those areas and seems to be working guys only, I've had quite a few responses off of CL that just wanted to fuck/service for free.  

And I'll really miss the adjacent posts, guys that need a place to crash or somebody to show them around town.  Cocksurfing.com should be a great substitute for that, maybe now it'll get more traction.

 Probably yet once again a smart reason why @TotallyOz  has hosted his websites servers abroad.

 It will be interesting to watch the panic set in with those hosting here,  and how they choose to respond. 

 Personally, and selfishly,  I’d enjoy a return  To the days When one could walk into a hustler( excuse me, escort) bar and have a cocktail or two and walk out with three or four.

Have found zero catfish on BP here in Raleigh NC. Is LA different?

Every single one is a working guy, so none of the just there for hookup fun CL was.  Many don't have any description and are presumably top only or hoping somebody will pay to suck or muscle worship them--but you don't know because so few spell anything out.  

There's almost no bottoms, and you can't search for that or anything else because IF anybody does describe anything about themselves it's usually as text on a photo!  

If you email for actual info it'll be ignored for days or forever, if you do get a response it's to text.  I don't want dick picks via text...  

Perfect example, doesn't even want texts--wants a fucking call.  No indication of what he's available for, though the 'call only' text is over an ass...  Facebook link is generic if even his.  Location is "Los Angeles".  Useless.

Here where I am, a call takes 45 seconds. You say what you want, he says what he delivers and where he is, you go there and fuck like rabbits. For $100-$150/hour.

What's complicated about that?

Explicitly agreeing to a specific sex act for money is an issue.  Him turning out to be 60+ minutes away in traffic is another.  No indication of whether he was available to host/travel before placing call either.  Him having my cell number now is a yet another (sure I could do Whats App or Google Voice or something, but those services would logically be the next to go).  

And since the hustlers will use disposable numbers (you often see the same post under several at one time) it's also difficult to review/warn the community.  

I'm not saying it's impossible, just that it's much less easy, especially if your tastes don't happen to lean mostly towards paying to suck/worship.  

https://rentmen.eu/ would seem perfectly positioned now.  The online now and near me features are nice.  Yes, you mostly have to call/text but at least there's pretty good indication of what's on the menu first. 

It's just double (/triple) the price...  :o[

The problem is that rentmen is also in jeopardy as are all sites that promote escorting/hustling. 

Although rentmen is based in a foreign country, U.S. advertisers (and their clients) are located in the U.S. and those advertisers pay for their ads with U.S. credit cards.   Thus, U.S. (through the payment method) has jurisdiction over foreign providers with respect to blocking the sites (and they will be blocked).  

Obviously, the U.S. cannot apply criminal sanctions on foreign based providers.  The only way the U.S. can enforce the new hideous law is for the U.S. to demand that such sites are blocked to U.S. internet providers and to their customers.

Thus, it will only be a matter of time before your own internet provider blocks access to sites that promote escorting/hustlers et cetera.  

Not a pretty picture.  

No doubt about it, the new "law" that passed on Friday dealt the gay community (and other groups) a major blow.  

It is back to the jungle for much of America and gays who read escort sites.
