I've got 10 posts but cannot see the other forums.  Logging in and out didn't help.  Do I need more posts?

 

EDIT: Apparently, you need 11 posts to see the porn forums because it popped right up after I posted this.

Have you noticed the number of new members who posted any crap just to gain access to the porn forums, and then stopped posting at all? 11/12 posts seems to be the magic number.

 

What is the purpose behind the 11 post minimum?

- It is easy to overcome with nonsense posts.

- Nonsense posts do not add value to the community

- It seems to frustrate new people, which would turn them away.

 

I agree, the 11 post minimum is just promoting junk posts and isn't welcoming to new people

It's all moot now as the site will be merging into another.

I was already giving up, I'm glad I saw this topic, thanks.

@TotallyOz, perhaps you want to delete this thread? Nowadays it is just confusing, and some disoriented pals could get disappointed if they think they cannot access something they do not know it does not exist anymore.

I had no idea of the requirement. Is it real? I used to see all the forums from South America, but now they are gone. Do you think it is because of the site transition? Can you see them on your dashboard? @mnsmrq26

You may find, as I have for the longest time when logging in, the prompt Something went wrong, please try again. In fact, however, I am successfully logged in and simply click the three horizontal bars in the top right corner. If this is happening, you may think you are blocked when you are actually not. 

To satisfy the minimum number of posts for full forum access, if you are worried about bulk of meaningless entries for the sake of satisfying the criterion, or concerned that it will take too much time to enter 10 impactful posts, simply have a specific thread called something like Drop initial qualifying pump-priming posts here. Readers will know it is essentially a junk repository, except those caught up in the pump aspect.
