In fact they have two in Pattaya, one in South Pattaya on Pattaya 2nd Road (Pattaya Sai Song Road) opposite the entrance as @Foolish says, also up in Na Kluea on Pattaya Na Kluea Road between Soi 27 and Soi 29.

Thai can have free checks at government. Otherwise, red cross also have sti check for much more affordable packages. This 8k baht test is a very comprehensive tests, as u can see, 28stis tests.

Posted the pics on Saturday,  Friday night I took them 

Saturday 2pm I left Bangkok to Sydney via Manila on Philippines Airlines 🇵🇭 in ✈️🛫🛬✈️
