Yes, but whether you can receive oral depends on the masseur as this act is deeply culturally complex in Asia. Kissing and oral is much more likely if you have a gay masseur. 

About my suggested tip rates. This is based on what a middle class Thai would pay in the more central parts of Bangkok. Believe it or not many Thais go to the massage places in Silom (but not the bars). In Silom, the masseur will likely quote a higher tourist price e.g. 2000 for HJ, in that case you negotiate down. In Saphan Khwai the prices are lower. There are some people who will insist that locals only pay 500B for full service, while it may happen (especially from the street trade) it is an example of generalising from the exceptions.

we need to remember that , like everywhere else , word 'locals' is big umbrella. More affluent Thais may never visit areas their less lucky compatriots live  and shop for services and other way around. 

in my area I'd be lucky to get haircut  for equivalent of  650, yet there are easily accessible places in the city , not even that hidden,  where  I get it done for less than 400. 

Or how Pattaya boy once explained to me ' girl who wants 2000 from farang will go with me for less than 1000 ( he quoted price but I forgot) after hours "

Day 5 update...

AM: For todays agenda I have scheduled another one of the most touristy activity one can do in Bangkok, that is going to Wat Arun and rent traditional Thai costume and take snapshots while my sightseeing guide explain the history of the temple. We were there from 8am-10am just before more tourist comes and before the heat reach its peak. It was 31 degrees Celsius that morning. After the Wat Arun activity, I didn't have any other plans for the day so I went back to the hotel.

I've reached my room around 11:00hrs when I saw what's in the corner of my room. Dirty clothes for Laundry!!! With the advise of macaroni21 and seconded by TMax, I went ahead and walked to S.T. Laundry just behind Park Silom. Not a long walk and current Bangkok heat is still manageable. They do THB200 for up to 2.5kg of clothes, but since I came a couple of hours before closing time of 14:00 I can only receive my clothes next day. IF there is no holiday but May 1st is Labour Day the shop will be close so I can collect my clothes only by May 2nd.

After dropping my clothes, I went straight to Soi Convent for another street food lunch. Once lunch is finished, I head back to my hotel to freshen up and take a small nap.

PM: Plan for tonight is simple, eat dinner and visit some gogo bars. I just had dinner in Patpong Market, got BBQs about THB100 each per stick I devoured three varieties.

 

Once I had my fill I returned to the hotel to freshen up as I feel so icky and smell like smoke. I didn't go out immediately only left by 23:20 as I have decided to first try Dream Boys this time. 

The stayed for their 23:30 and 00:10 show, with THB400 for the first drink.

The SHOW was more energetic, more variety in their program, and was more entertaining but less sexy/sleazy than Fresh Boys, they don't have a shower show.

Now the BOYS, the type of boys here has variety ranging from Twinks to Twinks/hunks to Uncle/Daddy type. There are a handful of boys that I can consider my type.

Anyway when I entered its just about time the show starts and I was seated way in the back. What annoyed me was the mamasans/waiters does not stay in place and keeps on standing blocking our sight. What annoyed me the most is this drag queen with a big afro hair decided to seat with a few customers in front of me, hair blocking 70% of my sight most of the time.

The SHOW is more drag and less boys performance turn. The have candle dance, massage show and big cock show. I did not enjoy the show and was annoyed throughout the show duration.

The BOYS, mostly twinks with a few with a different body type. #25 is the chubby flamboyant one, since I like chubby ones he caught my eye. #41 has a nice hunky body but I don't remember how he looks like I just had a mental note: Body=Good / Face=Zero. #37/#26/#94 is ok, looks good, and cute as per my notes and I may consider them for an off.

In the end, very few from both Dream Boys and Good boys were my type and none are so compelling that I would tell myself to OFF them immediately right there and then. But now since I've seen what they offer, I have added the few boys I like for potential Offs in the future.

#41 is from Vietnam. He also works at Maha massage if I remember right. He gives good massage anyhow. So if you like his body you can test him out at that place first.

Day 6 update....

AM: from the time I left GOOD BOYS from the night of Day 5, my insomnia kicked in and I was awake until I went down to have breakfast at 07:30 Hrs and finally fall as sleep by 08:30. Since it was May 1st Labour Day I don't have any sightseeing plans in the day time, I slept the full day away and woke up around 17:00 hrs. 

PM: After getting ready, I head out for Dinner by 19:30 hrs and walk around a bit around the area checking Patpong stalls to see if anything piqued my interest. Found nothing interesting so I went back to my room by 21:00 hrs to change and freshen up to get ready to visit my preferred gogo bar, Atlas. 

Thinking it's a week day and the bar should not be busy, I didn't head there up until 22:40. My bad, Atlas was almost full with only 2 vacant tables on the side remaining and most boys are already sitting with other patrons at the tables, patrons generously giving Tips to the Lip syncers, plus the show already started and I missed two opening acts. I took over one table and asked for my THB500 drink.
