Good news, counter top dancing has been reintroduced at Rainbow Dragon Bar. Depending on appetite, 2 to 3 shows an evening.

A good idea but they should get a choreographer to train the guys. The one on the left looks very awkward and uncomfortable and keeps looking at his watch as if he was waiting for the bus. The one on the right seems to think that swinging his body and arms randomly is dancing. It's not their fault though; dancing on a table top can be tricky and they need a bit of training and practice.

It should be against the law to have counter dancing in shorts...the only acceptable outfit should be thongs...the more skimpy the better🤭

no matter outfits and boy checking the time, main point is there's one more place where one can have fun and this is all that counts

Just like the guys who danced on the tables at Krazy Dragon in Pattaya.

When I was there 18 moths ago or so, in a previous  iteration, there were boys dancing, and it was a considerably higher standard. Also, to my taste, sexier boys!

And across from Unesco World Heritage Foodland on Patpong 2 is an excellent if not perfect location for a successful gay venue, especially when the twink-to-young-guys other options are often not on the street maybe up concrete steps to a narrow landing.  Elegant presentation both exterior/interior, cushy wraparound seats, attractive non-pushy touts, friendly Sen (veteran leader when US owner not there, perhaps at Unicorn, his other bar, next to G's restaurant in Soi 4).           So: especially location; tries for elegance; attractive young guys = possible success.  "Host" model may/may not work; but I enjoyed it.  Also, guys, at their individual preference, are an option after closing.... Btw, as of today, 100% of guys from Myanmar.  Choreography? Needs work, but they're trying.

They should be like X-Treme Bar (died 23 years ago in Soi Twilight!) and hire a group of dance students with proper dancing skills, great personalities and decent presentation with proper lighting. These boys were sexy in their own way and sometimes teased with a towel slipping off for a moment. Their weakness? Far too much time between the dances. With the right gay choreographer, they could be a lot of fun.
