Same with working on a computer screen for more than a few minutes. Good for a quick scan but not longer term working. When I had all my lenses changed some years ago I had an extra pair made that is effectively the distance between my eyes and the computer screen. When I then wanted very minor alterations to certain clauses, I rewrote them exactly as he would have written them and sent them to the lawyer.
