Ecstasy can increase sexual desire, and certainly friendliness, in many people. It does tend to make it more difficult to obtain erections. It's definitely illegal, dangerous, and can give you a heart attack (especially elderly and +++ if you smoke nicotine).

I don't think drugs and old age go well together.

My libido doesn't seem to have changed much from when I was a teenager. When I'm on a sex trip, it means 3 times a day -including a bottoming session - is par for the course.

Back home, it's 3 or 4 times a week with my 'friends' - paid, of course.

When my doctor prescribed Tamsulosin, a drug to treat an enlarged prostate, I found my libido suddenly dropped, to the point where I had little interest in sex. I was alarmed at first, but then actually came to appreciate the freedom I felt  - free from being constantly horny, constantly wanting to have sex or to jerk off, spending a lot of time watching porn instead of doing other things,.....it as incredibly liberating.
