it's good to know.

I agree it's very expensive but if one is stuck in the airport due to cancelled flight or something it's solution to consider. Had taste of that last month at Swampy.

I wonder if that's per person?

ad says price is per bed so souple would pay total 7700 , that's how I read it

Rather than pay 7700 Baht for six hours, if I had a long delay or layover I would go to the hotel on airport property...I believe it is now a Hyatt property.  Their current nightly rate is $115 USD or approximately 3800 Baht.  Very convenient and very nice property.  I have stayed there before overnight when I had an early morning flight and I did not want my friends to have to get up in the wee hours of the morning to take me to the airport.  

Occupancy is for two people. 

Guests may be extra!

i also love staying at Hyatt during a layover.  it is literally connected to the airport. reportedly you can even walk there from the airport basement level (same level as money exchangers and airport rail link). 

other pros- 

you can check in and out anytime of the day. their daily rate is more like coverage for full 24 hours.  

the 24 hour, kind of “private” shuttle is also available to and from the airport if you have heavy luggages and if you decide not to walk.

while  you both are 127.81% right,   don't forget that Hyatt is past immigration while Nap Rooms Olddady found  are inside the airport. Some people may prefer not to cross immigration again and risk standing in long lines and going through security again  , not to mention those who need  visa and can't obtain it in the airport on arrival.

We are fortunate but by far not everybody is when comes to immigration matters.
