I wanted a massage today and went to Big Hand. I had booked in advance a guy I liked, the first one in the photos. I thought he was cute. When I got there, it was 450 baht for the room and tip to boy of 1200 baht. I took a room which was quite nice and clean with ample space. There were several lads sitting on the sofa. When I got to the room, the mamasan told me the guy would be right in. Well, in came someone who was not even close looking to the guy in the photo. How old would you guess he is? The Water Library is an excellent restaurant with a great selection of wines. It is a bit on the pricey side but the food is amazing. I had the lobster and the lobster bisque. I have been a few times and had wonderful food each time. They have such a nice selection and such great staff. I ate at a new place this week called Ash Kickers. They have great dinners but they are also serving breakfast on weekends. I had the sausage and biscuits with brisket. It was delicious. The food was excellent and the location was easy to find. It is down the same soi as Bourbon Street, Soi 63, Ekkamai BTS (not an easy walk but possible). The owners are lovely and from the USA and they have spent a great deal of time renovating this place and getting things just right.
