  1. What's the name of this gay club? I am visiting Merida in April. I was under the impression that there is not much of gay scene in Merida. I didn't find any decent gay clubs based on Google reviews. So I plan to spend most of my time just sightseeing, and perhaps try my luck on Grindr.
  2. And of course the more Spanish/white looking person had to stand and pose in the center of all.
  3. See attached. No comments from me. VID-20180320-WA0001.mp4
  4. I think his definition of "white" is white(and pale) skin European descendants. However, a lot of white Brazilian people get tan on purpose because tan skin is considered beaitiful in Brazil.
  5. Let me be clear. I love Brazilian soldiers and cops.
  6. I am not trying to argue with you, but I was able to get mobile service from TIM store once and from Claro store twice, all in SP and all with only my passport and no CPF. Maybe things work differently in Rio. Claro store has very good customer service and some staff there spoke fluent English. My Brazilian friend took me to TIM store because he uses TIM himself and insisted TIM has better coverage, but honestly I couldn't tell the difference. Nobody at TIM store spoke any English. Did you get the CPF number on the spot, or the CPF card on the spot? how long did it take for you to receive your physical CPF card?
  7. If all you need for a CPF number is to get gym membership and/or mobile service, you can just Google it to get a fake number. No merchant in Brazil would bother to validate your CPF number. But, based on the link above, it take much longer than 1 hour to get a physical CPF card officially (15 days?) I was able to get a sim card with voice+data plan from a TIM store (not the newstand or candy store) with only a passport and no CPF.
  8. Can you please elaborate how you obtain a CPF as a foreigner?
  9. The answers to some of your concerns depend on how savvy you are as a traveler and a player. I am guessing you don't play much in your hometown and you don't travel overseas much. HPV -- There is HPV in every country. How do you handle your HPV concern in your home country? I suppose you never hire any escort or go to a sex club or have sex with strangers in your home country. Wifi -- Buy a Brazilian sim card or use your home country sim card with international roaming. And you will have internet connection everywhere while in Brazil. Do you really want to rely exclusively on establishments' free wifi? Club117 area safety -- many members on this forum take metro there, but Uber is cheap and safe if you don't feel comfortable with public transportation.
  10. So how would you guys handle the situation when a GP demands double of what was agreed before entering the room? Would you simply hand over whatever the money he wants?
  11. I don't play with everyone's dick and without paying anyone, but what kind of trouble are we talking about?
  12. I also have some experience similar to Mr. Sanddunes: 1. GP only does doggie styles (so he won't have to see your front and remind him of the fact that you are the wrong gender for him), 2. GP continuously watch straight porn TV to get himself aroused. I would say at least half of my encounters at 117 fit into this category.
  13. You indicated in the other post that you are in your 30's. I am afraid this is not the age group of the majority members here. Your target and expectation is different from us.
  14. Speaking of age, have anyone asked to see GP's ID to prove their age? Can a customer do that? I am not talking about underage situation, but the over age., i.e. the guy looks much older than what he claims to be.
  15. Thanks for the report. I will skip Brasilia.
  16. I always buy travel insurance with some medical coverage. I have not have the need to use it so have no idea how easy or difficult to file claims
  17. Is there an expiration date to use this bonus miles? I have no plan to travel to Brazil in the next 90 days.
  18. I just checked this website for reviews on Avianca. There are plenty of reviews there, and Avianca's average rating is 3 stars (out of the full 5 stars). AA is 2 stars, Delta is 3 stars, United is 2-3 stars.
  19. This is a quite typical post from Mr. redxs.
  20. Google, TripAdvisor and YouTube are your best friends for airlines reviews.
  21. Oh OK. This is why so many black Brazilians dye their hair blonde now.
  22. Tomcal's strategy of buying and holding for 24 hour may only for for U.S. based airlines. I don't believe any non-U.S. airlines adhere to this 24 hour free cancellation policy.
