How the boy need to save up the penalty fee to be allowed back in once you left the bar. Apparently the penalty fee is 3,000 Baht if you left once. 5,000 Baht 2nd time. 7,000 Baht 3rd time. I observed wide smiles as soon as they were down to audience. As for those penalties, I personally don't think they are unreasonable. I know reputable companies which have no hire back policies. What is surprising for me is only 2 boys are versatile and the rest is strickly top ( that is what I have been told by the mamasans ) .
