It's on the same row as passport number, so we could conclude birth date or even passport expiry date. As it follows on from flight details, departure or arrival dates are other alternatives. I found one test center with result on next day (€140) or result on same day (€190). "For an additional medical certificate with proof of identity for presentation in certain countries upon entry we charge an additional € 40". Is this it?
