Especially, when the major driving force of the site seems to be the message center. A venue in which so many voices have been silenced, mostly unfairly! I for one, will be posting any reviews of my escort encounters here, and I hope that those who used to do so, at m4m, will do likewise. From what I've heard from the escorts that I've hired, I'm sure that both they and the clients will have a more honest forum, by doing so. Thanks to the proprietors of this site, for their honesty, their fairness and their impartiality. I certainly have no reason to support it, especially after the way I was treated by deej. I did very much miss the community and many of the regular posters, particularly Doug69, Ethan/Erik/TheReasonPeopleHateLawyers, woodlawn, IMMoore, etc However, in the rough and tumble of the still existing Escortspeak, i found a new group to hang with and who supported me when deej was orchestrating The Great Meltdown. MER, I think, is closer in intent and spirit to what Hooboy envisioned a Message Center to be, and certainly Oz and TY have done more to honor Hooboy than Daddy or deej have ever attempted. With the estate parking the domain name and most not knowing how to get to the message center daddy and his pet deej lost. They no longer have the ability to redirect people from such a massively popular domain. Also people's Internet habits change quickly. So each day they visit the HB domain and get the parked page a greater percentage will not visit the next day. Therefore, the value of the domain is dropping faster than a Value Jet over the Florida everglades. I don't care what they post here but in reality TY and TO are laughing even harder now. We appreciate contributors be they: reviewers, escorts with profiles or posters of either stripe. Every review gets a response whether posted or not, with the exception of the rare oddball review by someone acting out. We try to provide good service for profiles although we have occasional software glitches behind the scenes, characteristic of a young growing site. We welcome all to the forum that come for reasonable discussion. We know there are other choices out there. People don't have to come here. We don't opearate under the assumption that we are the only game in town. However, we do not compromise our pricinples and integrity either. We don't accept every contribution that comes our way just to accumulate them. We are young but we are here for the long haul, for those that appreciate our goals and share our interests. I also very much appreciate that a few of Hooboy's friends had to foresight to see what might happen with Hooboy's vision and then create this site as a way to carry on the idea that Hooboy came up with. It really does benefit us all. Ty and I are dedicated to staying in here for the long haul. We will keep pouring money into advertising. We will put money into other things. We will keep busting our Asses everyday to make sure things get done fast and responses to e-mails and posts are expedient. We do this because we are committed to the project and we want it to succeed. Hoo made tons of money off the site but that is NOT why he started it. He started it to build a community of like minded individuals who wanted to communicated about one of his favorite subjects; escorts. We became friends, as that is also one of my favorite subjects. We stayed friends because we had other things in common. I hope this site gets business for some escorts and I hope that clients get the information that is needed. We will keep trying to be the best we can be and make the site even better! And to Scott, I assure you that we will one day have more quality reviews than any other site. Also, my mother always told me, "never get into a pissing contest with a skunk." Rarely do I loose my temper online or in person. It happens. But, not too often. When it does, you bet your bottom dollar that I was fed up with something. You are right Lucky. We are all interested in the escorts and the reviews. That is why I was always loyal to Hooboy and his site. That is why I travel as much as I do. That is why I post new people when I find them. That is why the site was started. Marc Anthony taught me a long time ago, when you meet a nice guy just starting out, you review him to let him make more money and to let other people meet him as well. Many people find a new guy and want to keep silent to keep the boy to themselves. Without people like Marc, TY, KYTop, SilverDollar and many others, I would not have met some wonderful people I have met. When NYObserver was doing his posts on M4M, I was always in attendance to try to find out if there was a new guy dancing at the Gaity. When some of the guys from the South of the Border forum posted about some new guy that was hot, I was always standing in attention ready to listen. Many people contributed to a community. You are one of them Lucky. We have not always seen eye to eye and we will not always see things the same way. That is what is so great about a message board. It lets you hear others peoples thoughts and reactions to things. It is a buffer before a new experience. It is sound bit for a new adventure. Thanks to M4M I was able to get information on my first trip to Brazil and my first to Thailand. Firecat introduced me to the only guy I see everyday when I am in Montreal. After my recent trip to Rio, I made a comment that the success was due to the contributions of many who went before me, trilingual in particular. Cooper has been a model for many to follow and I agree that NYO was a great contributor. It just seems a shame that the daddy/deej duo has chosen to take a less welcoming tact in their new venture. Hopefully you are right that this site will be the place that finally ends the bickering that develops when a wide variety of personalities come together. I plan to do my part.
