TotallyOz Posted April 22, 2020 Share Posted April 22, 2020 I have really enjoyed Empire since the beginning. I thought Jussie did a great job portraying a gay character as part of the main cast. This week's episode was the last one. It was enjoyable to watch and it ended on a good note. However, I am very disappointed that they mentioned Jussie's character and did not show any scenes of him at all in the last episode. I get it. He fucked up (maybe). But, they used this character's name several times in this episode and flashbacks. But, no Jussie. I was disappointed. It was a let down for me. I know he was not rehired for this season.
