I found the apartments were more pricier in terms many wanted additional costs eg electricity & water paid separately. If cost is no issue then Airbnb app has tons of apartments in Pattaya from low cost to luxurious. Many if not all have security & a front desk . The place I stayed at in View Talay 6 did not have any extra charges (electric, water, etc). But I was there for just a few days.
