Guest Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 Are we talking about Fresh Beach Boys, on the RH side? That has been there at least 8 years, assuming it is still running. Used to have a fairly pushy mamasan. Once the mamasan was set on the edge of my pew to the right, then whilst he was geting a drink for some other customer, I moved about 6 inches to the right, leaving him no room to return, much to the amusement of a boy on the stage. Nikom Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 I always like hitting this bar. Always someone new. The pushy mamasan has not been there for some time. The woman behind the bar at the back is the owner's wife and she runs a tight ship. Last month five young guys from Singapore tried to leave without paying for their drinks and she changed into a wild woman. She, along with a couple of the larger doorman caught the guys up the street and got the money plus she refused to give them any change!
