The next morning, I checked out of Raya then went to Foodland for breakfast with @vinapu before I headed off to the airport. it was a fantastic albeit short weekend trip. 36 hours in Bangkok from Friday night to Sunday morning. I met new forum members and also reacquainted in person with forum members. In fact, the next day, @vinapu would be in Singapore (he only told me about this after I booked my Bangkok trip) and I met him after work for 2 days to show him around.

h.I.m used to be known as Sky bar and many Myanmar guys working in Silom are familiar with it. It caters to Myanmar customers (probably Myanmar owner?) and has authentic Myanmar dishes.

Sunday lunch meet up at Sarica was an enjoyable affair. We sat outside and it wasn't as noisy as at G's and Soi 4 last night. Only 5 of us instead of 6 because one forum member already went to airport. In fact, another member would go off after lunch, leaving only 4 of us for karaoke tonight. Sarica chicken Cashew nut is really delicious and one of the waiters was also yummy to the eye. Unfortunately he was on duty inside and only came out a few times. After lunch, we split off. Some members went back to hotel room to nap. I went to Adam Massage for B2B massage with a regular guy. Then shopping and back to Raya Hotel. We had arranged to meet at 8pm at Banana Bar for drinks before karaoke at 9 plus. I went for a foot massage by an auntie at fancy Urban Thai at 6pm. Later I discovered that another forum member was at same shop having massage and earwax cleaning treatment. I took a walk after foot massage. I bumped into guy who works at Freshboys. We chatted and had a smoke together before he went to work at bar. I went to soi 4 and met other forum members. Banana Bar outside offers good view of people coming into soi 4 and they also had some cute guys who received 100 baht tips from us. Karaoke was at h.i.m. bar. We picked up three Myanmar waiters from Midnight bar. Joining us was also a Vietnam guy from Dreamboy whom I had arranged to off for tonight. I know he enjoys karaoke so asked him to join us. In fact, he loves music and dabbled as a DJ. His Vietnamese name means music. Forum members enjoyed karaoke. It was their first time. After 3 hours, time to call it a night. We said goodbyes. I went back to hotel with "Music" and enjoyed the rest of the night.

The next morning at about 8:00am, I woke up. I didn't do long time last night. I left Raya Hotel, crossed Surawong Road and walked to Foodland for breakfast. At Foodland, @vinapu was with his guy, D. We had breakfast together and I got to know D. Excellent English, wonderful personality and funny guy. After breakfast, we went our separate ways. There was going to be another forum member gathering at 1pm. Lunch at Sarica. I relaxed in Raya hotel room for another 2 hours, waiting for shopping malls to open then I went to Centralworld for some shopping.

None of us had any intention to off anyone from Jupiter. We went just to watch the show. @vinapu had already made arrangement with his guy D from Dreamboy. I also had prior arrangement with guy from Good Boy. After Jupiter show ended, I went to Good Boy to pay off fee then we went to Foodland for supper. I joined @vinapu and guy then we said goodbye and went back to respective hotels.

the name Big Boy may have been chosen to follow the names of other bars in Bangkok - Freshboy, Dreamboy, Good Boy.

We had all agreed to go to Jupiter tonight after dinner. But 9pm was too early to go inside Jupiter so we went to Circus first for drinks and we watched their coyote dancers and ladyboy diva shows. Some of the coyote dancers received 100 baht tips from appreciative forum members in our group. At half past 10, we made our way to Jupiter. We were led to seats at right side where we had a good view of the Jupiter models changing area and mini gym. We also had a good view of a particular lady Chinese customer in front row facing us with big boobs that threatened to pop out! Models at Jupiter were handsome as usual. Show was entertaining. But somehow I wasn't feeling the vibe. I miss my guy. I stepped out for a good 15 minutes for a smoke break with Jupiter Vietnamese waiter. He knows my guy as they were together in bar in soi Twilight years ago. He works as waiter now. I give him a tip for old time's sake.

I had arranged dinner gathering at G's at 8pm with forum members. There were 6 of us in total. My plane arrived on time unlike the previous weekend when it was delayed one hour. I took airport train and transferred to BTS. I reached Sala Daeng at 7.55pm. Not enough time to check into room at Raya so while still carrying backpack, I proceeded straight to G's to meet forum members for dinner. Some of them I was meeting for first time while others were well known.

I am writing this trip report about my second weekend Bangkok trip this year about 8 weeks later. I have been too lazy to write. But I have to write it now because I will be going to Bangkok for third weekend trip this coming Friday! Second weekend trip in fact happened one week after that first trip! It was booked in advance back in mid December when I found out @vinapu itinerary. I didn't get a chance to meet him in 2025 (in fact I missed him by a few days during one occasion) so I had to catch up with him in 2026. It also coincided with @ichigo trip. So we resolved to meet for weekend. Lo and behold, after I booked my trip, my guy informed me later that his visa was expiring in second week January and he would be gone in Vietnam for half a year. I ended up going to Bangkok to meet him for a memorable farewell fuck as documented in trip report at beginning of this forum topic. Many guys in bars were surprised to see me so soon and they asked, "Last week you come. This week you come again?" While the flight from Singapore to Bangkok is short, it is not cheap. It was US$350 because it was a Friday evening flight. Many people flying for the weekend. I took the same flight for two weekends in a row!

You take fantastic photos @vinapu Nice composition and framing of subjects. And they were not taken with DLSR but with a simple handphone camera. Did you happen to be a professional photographer in the past? I have seen @vinapu in real life holding his handphone with 2 hands to take photo and sometimes using zoom function. He has the stance of a typical boomer tourist. So I am surprised by how good his photos turned out! 👍

You should go to G's and try to get an outside seat. You get to see the boys at Jupiter coming to work from 9pm onwards.

I always prefer staying in Silom area. As do many prominent members here. 🤣🤣🤣 We will have breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper at the same few places. And the staff know us!

Where is the condo that you are staying at? Is it far from Silom?

It was a Tuesday evening. Bars not open or quiet. Only open and busy Fridays to Sundays.

One funny incident. @vinapu and I had just finished visiting Chinatown and it was hot weather and we wanted beer. Unfortunately, the restaurant that we went inside didn't have any Singapore beer (Tiger Beer). It only had Singha Beer from Thailand! Thirsty we were so we ordered a bottle each and drank before proceeding to next part of Singapore tour.

Glad you enjoyed karaoke @vinapu I feel guilty. You wrote your trip report which happened one month ago but I have been so lazy to write mine!

The Jupiter Cambodian guy I used to off only asked me for 3000 for short time. I haven't seen him working at Jupiter for some time. Lean guy with lithe body and handsome face that can grace magazine cover. I gave him a Labubu toy once.
