  1. Delectable! Thanks for sharing.
  2. We owe RockHard a real debt for providing us with such fun. Really! He knows how to spark a conversation!
  3. It's always been the policy that guests brought by a member must be registered with the host. After all, it's his private home and no one can take it upon themselves to bring someone unannounced. It would take a lot of nerve to bring someone uninvited, and three uninvited guests is beyond the pale. But, it got even worse on Monday morning.
  4. There's other gossip going around about the Weekend but I guess we are waylaid with the Amalfi Coast. Who were the uninvited guests and who brought them to the pool event?
  5. I have been looking at December and January- high season in Bangkok. So I know the search will be tough. We want to go to Hong Kong after Bangkok. Now thinking of Eva Air to Taiwan, where we have never left the airport. Dates are quite flexible with the exception that I want to be in Bangkok when the weather is the coolest. Thanks for the responses!
  6. Jeez, I am already regretting buying those miles. I have tried to find Business or First to Bangkok on Star Alliance, and it is never available. Apparently only the lesser airlines will have possibilities.
  7. One could argue that the devotion you show to Rock Hard's posts and your endless replies indicate a fascination with him. That's okay, but you probably would not want to go overboard!
  8. I have never once been able to get an insect to stick to a glue paper like that.
  9. Grandma, I am having a hard time keeping up with you today! You are a busy wo...man! I do know that Rock is quite familiar with photoshop, but what do you think above is photoshopped? Can you add tacky decor to a hotel pic these days? You think he didn't visit those places where the ocean calls my name? I do. The pix have that "I am here!" look.
  10. Yes, I see that in another thread. Frankly, if latbear4blk had permission for the photos he took then he should stand his ground and keep them posted. He is one of the founders of that blog and he does have obligations to his readers.
  11. What's disturbing at the other site right now is the news that DavidSF and Eric Hassan were injured in an accident on Monday. Horrible way to wrap up the Weekend. I was sorry to read about it and wish them well.
  12. ONE person complained at the other site about being in a posted pic, and latbear4blk took responsibility and corrected it right away. It's true that pictures at one time were not allowed, and I think that no one bothered to keep saying it so it's not a surprise that latbear4blk thought it was okay. He did ask people. As one of the founders of the pinga blog, he has put more information out about the PS Weekend than ever before. Some like it, Ben doesn't.
  13. I was gonna count how many guests missed Benjamin, but I didn't have the time.
  14. Well, I am happy to hear from RockHard. I also have a travel bug. But even if I could afford the hotels he touts, I wouldn't stay in them. Usually too stuffy, and let's face it, the decor pictured above would suit an old lady best. Give me comfort! That's why I quit Motel 6! But the outdoor pix sure intrigue. Especially with a guy whose butt can be yours for the asking. Sun, shower, sex, shower, sleep! That's a vacation!
  15. My screen informs me that you are here and creating a topic in the Hooboy Pub, Wonder what it will be. What brought you back to us? Content count 232 Joined April 11, 2016 Last visited 12 minutes ago Currently Creating Topic in: The Hooboy General Pub (Sure taking long enough!)
  16. I don't like to use the ignore button, but someone here sure can be a downer. I hope he has more charm in person.
  17. tassojunior, you have helped me in so many ways. You posted the link to the Avianca credit card where I received 60,000 miles. Just today you educated me on bisexual power bottoms! And here you have gone the extra mile to answer my inquiry on Colombia. Thank you so much!

    MoviePass

No "operator" error on this one. The ticketing went through all the way to the point where I selected my seat. Then when I clicked E-ticket, MP sent a box saying they were unable to issue the ticket. When I bought the ticket, the theater's seat screen showed that the seat I had selected was taken, I knew that my seat selection had gone through. Just not the ticket. There were only 3 people, including me, watching the movie. These bugs are valuable to MoviePass because they avoid paying the $10 to the theater. This is the amount they pay even though my tickets was $5.95. SO the theater lost the difference between $10 and $5.95, and Movie Pass saved $10. Do you think they are in any hurry to fix the bugs?

    MoviePass

When I went to select the topic for my complaint with MoviePass, I was greeted with form answers. I learned that if the app doesn't work and you have to buy a ticket, they don't reimburse you. You are supposed to contact them and have an employee specifically tell you to buy a ticket. Then they will reimburse. However, if the movie is about to start, are you going to try to connect with a MoviePass employee? Since I didn't get a live one on my attempt to complain, I doubt I would wait for one when the movie is about to start.

    MoviePass

Does anyone else have experience with MoviePass? I just bought a pass for about $89 for a year. The first time I used it everything went well. Today I tried but it wouldn't finish the process. The theater clerk said they are having a lot of problems with their app. I went ahead and bought a matinee ticket for $5.95 since I was already there. Do you think MoviePass will refund me? There has been a lot in the press about how financially sketchy this company is. They are paying ten dollars a ticket, even for those that might sell for $5.95! Conceivably I could lose most of my $89. But, they just bought MovieFone so I doubt they plan to wrap things up soon. But today required assigned seats, and the pass allowed me to pick one, but it couldn't issue the ticket. So, what good is it?
  21. So my fellow Latin lovers, especially those of you who have been to Colombia, can you please advise the approach you took to visiting Colombia the first time? I am considering a first trip, but the lack of saunas as in Brazil has me wondering how well I would do since i have never used Grindr. You may be aware that I am an old geezer and know that free sex is probably a thing of the past for me. Also, it seems to me that Medellin is the place to go from what I have read. Is Bogota a waste of gay time? I often see inquiries from first time visitors in the forums, and one thing they get told is to research. I am perfectly willing to do that, but your experience could help me focus the search. Thanks.
  22. In case anyone cares, I finally solved the problem of the rejected card. Yesterday the bank assured me that the card would not be rejected, then it was. I spoke with Lifemiles and they could do nothing. But later Banco Popular called me to tell me everything was finally ready. It was and I now have 180,000 miles, good enough for a first class ticket to Bangkok on Star Alliance. (Not that I won't run into more glitches!)
  23. A big topic of conversation at the Palm Springs Weekend, formerly known as the Hooville Weekend, was the question: what's next? Will Daddys reviews and accompanying forum be shut down, either voluntarily or not? Now I didn't take a poll, and I didn't talk to everyone, but those who did speak about it with me were unanimous in thinking that the site will soon shutter. This includes some long-term members who have invested themselves in the site. My own take is that this law was passed under the guise of stopping sex trafficking, but is really aimed at prostitution. Existing laws haven't stopped sex trafficking or prostitution, but this one is strong and may do the job. I am not betting on it, but in the meantime some good people could go down.
  24. I did get to meet Latbear4blk at the pool event yesterday. He struck me as a fine, cultured person. Thanks for meeting up with me, G.
