There are no exceptions to this. In the last week, I have gotten more emails than in the last 4 years. It is not something I wish to deal with. There are other forums out there. Please do not use this forum in this way. Discussion promoting one's own business is welcome. But, any hint of a feud started at Daddy's or one iota of discussion about that site and the thread will be permanently moved to the Sandbox. My apologies for inconveniencing my community. Gosh, Adam, just looking at your response above gives the fairy tale you tell about this site a shade. This site once spent lots of time trashing the other site, but we grew out of that. Why would anyone want to go back to those days?

kjun, why do you bring this up here? Why not ask at the relevant site? Oz has made it clear that he doesn't want this site used to make complaints about that site. We thrive on our own. You and I have been posting a long time, and we have seen people go back and forth on any number of issues. But since "Daddy" has no participation at the Boytoy site, why use it to start a thread of bitches about him? I, for one, have other things to do.!

The Last Post is a 6 episode series on Amazon that had me totally intrigued this week. It's about a British Army base in Aden in 1965, when the Empire was crumbling. Like other streaming series, it has a bit of soap opera to it as we learn the stories of the various cast members. What first intrigued me was the very handsome Tom Glynn-Carney as Tony Armstrong as a Lance Corporal who falls in love with an Arab women. (They are both so pretty.) Lots of drama, but a story line that I found captivating. There's a lot of skin. And another cute guy. And, not the least, the trailer, so you can get an idea of the story. BTW, it also stars Ben Miles, who played Group Captain Townsend on The Crown.

Its entire City Council is gay...oops, LGBT...oops, LGBTQ!!! Personally I am not an acronym, I am gay. The popularity of the acronym, in my opinion, diminishes us.

It's proximity to LA helps, kjun12. I first came here in 1980 for a weekend. I didn't like it. Of course that changed. There are indeed a lot of older people here who like the dry climate, the mountain views, and the relatively lower cost of living compared to big cities. The gay life is not just old men because many young LA guys come here for the weekend to party or play. But, as far as masseurs, they tend to be older, and escorts usually operate out of LA.

tomcal is your friend! Bar Mixx can be a fun place. I would not know that if tomcal had not taken me there!

At one point the Palm Springs Weekend made it clear that guys here were welcome. Totally Oz showed up and I think had a good time. I know that I enjoyed seeing him. I didn't go last year but I plan to go this year. Temperatures should be in the low 80's with lots of sunshine, making a pool party a great idea. Oliver has a nice yard and pool. For the past few years, the Saturday night dinner has been held at Trio. Anyone here is welcome to attend. Palm Springs is a friendly place!

In the cast listings for Love, Simon, there is no one listed as "leaf blower!" My thinking is that the guy has a bigger role than that. Over at the other site, a New York get together for members of Daddys Forums is being proposed. No date has been set, right now it's just a matter of jjkrkwood finding out who is interested. This is not a new idea, gatherings like this have occurred in several places. But it's the first time that jjkrkwood has shown an interest, and hosting it at that. The invite is directed to ALL NY members and those in neighboring states. As of yet, Boytoy members still await their invitations. But I have no doubt that we who qualify will also be invited. I am confident that jjkrkwood wants as many people who are interested in showing up to feel welcome. So we await details here at Boytoy. Now I no longer live in New York...
