I am seeing an interesting phenomenon on my recent flights (asia-europe, U.S.-europe), business class all sold out(even with the high prices), premium economy class nearly sold out, but plenty of availability in economy class. This is a total reverse of preCovid market.

I re-read your post. You are referring to Baiyoke Sky Hotel. This hotel is not in a desirable location, and it's not even close to 4 star. I would stay at Banyan Tree, but not Baiyoke. Banyan Tree is at least double your Baiyoke price. Please read reviews on TripAdvisor and you'll see what people said about Baiyoke. BTW, I have no problem vacationing in Europe, am gladly paying >200 euro per night.
