Quarter Silom & Quarter Saladang was always my first preference mainly because they had a good gym 🏋️‍♂️ And Quarter Silom hotel is walking distance to Silom bars 🍻 .the breakfast is Shit though ,buffet with Chinese type sausages But...some of the last trip I stayed at the Tartawan hotel 🏨 because I couldn't be arsed if that's the right word paying 3 X the amount to stay at Quarter silom and the big guy at Tartawan reception always looks after me AND they check ID of every visitor which I like On another scale I also sometimes stay at the 20,000 baht a night Capella hotel which I don't find any different to the other hotels but if you like Riverfront 🚢area of Bangkok Pics buffet Quarter silom , couldn't see anything good there ,all Chinese ) Asian food and I don't like rice and pork for breakfast so just had cakes and used the soup bowls for my coffee ☕ ☕ Gone are the days of real beef sausages with crispy bacon and toast ..

I used my Commonwealth bank visa debit card💳 last year in Khon Kaen ,( forgot my other cards) and they charged me $10 AUD to withdraw And despite 3 complaints the bank still wouldn't budge and refund 🏧 So be careful of ATM withdrawal fees 💵 I must look into this WISE card in case I do need to withdraw from an ATM
